Waitress that attended us was a down to earth kind polite and very attentive. It's nothing like New Jersey..understandably she went above and beyond.. 10 stars for her!!

When we arrived at this restaurant we had to wait for someone to seat us. We were sitting at the table and it was a wait. Finally a waitress came and said we had to wait for any kind of service. 30 minutes at least. She said the manager said that they had a big table of people and they got all of the service. We left. They needed to close the restaurant if no one else was getting service. Goodbye.

We had high hopes for this location. The Asheboro location could not get a handle on it and closed. Unfortunately our experience was mediocre at best. Asking for napkins and refills twice and not getting them is very bad service. Food was fair at best.

The service was fine but the food was very bad quality. I’ve never paid 23.99 for a steak that was so bad. Ordered the New York strip and there was more gristle and fat left over than what was edible. Meat was also dry and over cooked than my request of medium. Salad was old and wilted looking. This was actually the worst quality of food I’ve ever seen anywhere.

We ordered a steak medium and the jumbo shrimp skewers. The steak came out well done and the shrimp were definitely small not jumbo and were overbooked so much they were chewy. Not worth the price. The only good thing was our waitress! She was great. Any waiter or waitress that refills your drinks continually without asking is 5 star!!

My father Inlaw and enjoy watching Gunsmoke and one day on our way to an appointment for my father Inlaw.I noticed the sign Dodge City, I said hey we need to stop and eat in Dodge city. Finally after a few trips we did. Let me tell u it was the best atmosphere the music the service but most of all the food. My father Inlaw and I ordered the hamburger chopped steak my wife ordered the house salad and baked potato . Let me tell u my father Inlaw said I was the best hamburger chopped steak he’s ever ate. I totally agree they were sautéed in onion and peppers and mushrooms brown gravy . Man I can still taste the delicious dish. Our waitress Von she was great did not miss a beat. Thank for the great food and service. See u guys soon!!

We have been coming here for a few years and the last few times have been pretty disappointing to the point where we probably will not be back anytime soon. Visited Thursday July 13 for dinner around 6:30 and saw maybe 5-7 tables seated. We were sat and my husband asked for an old fashioned (bourbon, bitters, cherry, and orange) and she said they could not make that? Ok fine. We asked for the cocktail menu and she pointed out that they could not make 80% of the listed drinks because they did not have the ingredients... ok. We got two margaritas which were very good.Ordered dinner and my husband got the 12oz ribeye medium rare. Asked for a baked potato for his side and she said they do not have baked potatoes as they are being made and will not be done until 8PM..... okay.I got the blackened chicken penne and his sister got the ribeye as well medium rare.Drinks take a little while but they're understaffed. We also learn they did not have any NY strip?Food comes and steaks are cooked at medium well to almost well done..... chicken penne is drowning in sauce and is very soggy to where I could barely eat any of it. Chicken was very overdone as well.We will most likely make the drive to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse in the future as this was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in a long time for the $130 we paid after tip. The only good things from our meal were the rolls, macaroni and cheese, and margaritas.

First off..the rolls on the website are not the ones served. The ribeye steak..flank steak really. It was cooked ok in the middle but almost rare on the outskirts of the meat. The sides were mediocre to say the least. If it wasn’t for the nice waitress..I would’ve asked for my meal to be comped. Needs a overhaul. Seasoning on the steak..wasn’t there. If I need steak sauce..then it’s not a good steak!

Food was really good, steak was spot on. We loved the old west atmosphere and our server Marlene was exceptional. It was our first time there and she was extremely polite and helpful. As my wife told the manager, she was a sweetheart. Look forward to going again with family and friends.

I had a grilled chicken salad that was surprisingly good. The rolls were as usual over the top good and my server was pleasant and helpful. Couldn't give all 5's because of no AC. That was rather unpleasant given the temperature that day

Took my mom here for lunch for her birthday. They did not have the ac on in the dining area and was hot as can be. The portions were small way too small for your money. I only saw the server a total of 5 times. They tried to charge me a 3% fee for people that pay with a card when I was paying with cash. My server took forever to get me my change, the ribs had more fat then meat, the potatoes were hard as can be. The fried pickles seemed like they weren’t cook hardly. Definitely will not be going back. Absolutely horrible and a wast of my 60 bucks.

Came tonight for first time in years. Service was excellent, she was on top of everything, wish I knew her name. Pretzel appetizer was good but cheese for it comes cold. My baked potato was cold and hard, but waitress took care of it. My chicken tenders were ok, salad was very basic. Their bbq looked like slop. Coleslaw and fries were good. A/C was out and it was very hot in there, but host and waitress were phenomenal. Wish the food was.

I would not recommend this place at all if I could leave no stars I would. When we arrived it was completely dead to were I had my fiancé walk up to the door to even see if they were open..red flag number one! When we get inside soda was flat, bread was HARD as a ROCK, Tumble weed looked burnt, I held out hope for the entree only to be disappointed further my baked potato was dried out hard and cold, mac and cheese was cold and the biggest disappointment my steak (asked for medium rare) was over cooked sent entire plate back only to have the steak come back raw and discolor like the meat was old the baked potato was the only thing decent mac and cheese noodles I’ve never seen before. We will never return to this location!

I really wanted to like this place. Walked in and it was a ghost town. Had to hunt someone down and ask if I was supposed to seat myself. The hostess had to get our drinks and find our server. The server seemed like she was on another planet. Someone else had to refill our drinks and she forgot toppings on my burger and kept apologizing for the wait but it was slow. She also got into an argument with another worker right there in front of everyone. Service was so bad I'd have rather served myself. The food is what I am giving 3 stars. It was not bad. It also was not great at all. For a filet mignon I cook it better with a manager special food lion cut. My burger was just meh. Nothing about this experience was good. I'd probably have given a 1 star but at least the crackhead server and other patrons were entertaining. But it's not a steak house. They just have steak.
