Please try to read what it says on the order slips- if a customer is willing to pay for a pizza, delivery and tip for the driver, the purpose is totally defeated when the product arrives with the offending ONIONS still on the pizza anyway.

Worst customer service ever. Messed up the delivery and they would not answer the phone to get to the bottom of it. High school worker inside gave me attitude after I drove to the store to take care of it.

Went in there Friday night and rang the doorbell 4 times before the guy appeared from the back. During the time we waited a pizza fell off the oven track to the ground. The guy came out, gave us a look and continued talking to the other worker. We waited for a couple minutes of him just standing there ignoring us before I went and grabbed the pizza myself and left.

Ordered a large pizza to be delivered in Johnsonville/Cameron. Arrived quite late. Pizza was literally cold to the touch. Called and spoke to manager. He literally gave zero 'trucks'. Never, ever again!! We prefer Marco's!!!

Not a review for this specific location, but GET RID OF THE OUTSOURCED ORDER PLACING CALL CENTERS. I did not order pizza because I waited 15 minutes on hold after talking to an AI to be connected to a call center. I want to talk to the store directly, not someone who I can barely understand. I had my order messed up one time in the past because of this.

This specific location though, is very good. They do a much better job than the Walmart location. Great pizza.

For how much time the tracker sits on quality control, I would expect my orders to be right more times than they’re wrong but unfortunately it’s the other way around. I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to not put garlic seasoning on the crust and cook the pizza to well done. It’s also a guessing game to see if they will deliver my order to my house or my neighbors house. No point in reporting an issue through the app. I want my order made right the first time, not delivered for a second time much later than I want to eat. Do better Domino’s! Sadly, I’m not the first nor last with issues at this location.

New manager there sucks! Missing out on two neighborhoods who want delivered pizza. Old manager allowed neighborhoods near me to get pizza now new manager says they can’t. Lame if you ask me. Lost a lot of business and he simply doesn’t care.

BEWARE, don't let them rip you off!They overcharged me when I used a coupon. When I showed them the coupon so they could fix the price, the manager refused to fix the price and blamed it on the app.
