Domino's Pizza

Estimated delivery time went from 79 minutes at time of order to getting delivered 155 minutes after order submitted. The pizzas are cold to the touch and look like leftovers. You shouldn't have even attempted to deliver cold pizzas. If your short handed with employees you should stop taking orders until your caught up and can deliver hot pizza.

Ordered a half and half pizza for the kids. The ingredients were all over the place. I won't be ordering again for quite a while. Glad we have so many other pizza options in the area.

I ordered mine and got it delivered.... it came on time as they said it would also the food was great. My delivery driver was the best, her name was Missy. She was very nice and respectful and my food was still good and hot.. thank you Missy you can deliver our food anytime. It was a great experience....

Ordered for delivery at 8:53pm app estimated delivery time of 36min. It’s now 10:16pm and it’s been out for delivery since 9:21pm. Delivery time has changed yet again to 10:24 & 10:30. If I knew it was going to be this long of a wait I would have picked it up my self and got hot pizza. Delivery is supposed to be a convenience not an inconvenience. Highly disappointed will never use this location

Great people, great service!
Our driver, Gregory, just brought part of our order to us AFTER delivering the first part. Which is AWESOME!

It was just free parm bites that I had redeemed- I wasn’t even going to make a fuss about them.

The fact that they took it upon themselves to make it right even without a customer calling about something missing says a lot about their character! Way to go, Gregory!

I gave 4 stars for food because, while it’s definitely improved over the last few months, overall the pizzas are still overtopped and I’m not fond of that- still delicious though!

hand tossed pizza was crunchier then a thin crust. Dry, over cooked.

So we ordered on the website. Set it up for delivery, the website chose the store. We ordered one large pizza and redeemed enough points for a free medium pizza. They called almost immediately after we placed the order and said they wouldn't deliver to us. It's a 12 minute drive. They refunded the cash, but I didn't get the points back. I opened a claim with Domino's, but haven't heard back. Not cool.

Please try to read what it says on the order slips- if a customer is willing to pay for a pizza, delivery and tip for the driver, the purpose is totally defeated when the product arrives with the offending ONIONS still on the pizza anyway.

Worst customer service ever. Messed up the delivery and they would not answer the phone to get to the bottom of it. High school worker inside gave me attitude after I drove to the store to take care of it.

Went in there Friday night and rang the doorbell 4 times before the guy appeared from the back. During the time we waited a pizza fell off the oven track to the ground. The guy came out, gave us a look and continued talking to the other worker. We waited for a couple minutes of him just standing there ignoring us before I went and grabbed the pizza myself and left.
