Hit or miss with employees. Early morning employees are *usually* fairly nice but afternoon into evening employees are anything but. Definitely prefer going to Scooter's where I'm always greeted by a friendly face. 🤷🏿♀️

Not normally one to do this but I’m a bit heated. They are rude never have anything in stock. Their speaker doesn’t always work so sometimes you just sit there and when you pull around they make you feel like your the problem and extremely uncomfortable this is the only one near me and I don’t even go for myself but I believe today was the last chance I give them. Don’t treat me like I’m in the wrong when your employees don’t know how to do their job and answer the speaker if it’s working because I said hello sever times sitting there waiting before I pulled around. Disgusting behavior to make someone feel bad for trying to give money to your business.

On Saturday I walk in at 4 pm there are 6 donuts and 2 muffins I ask when are they going to make more and they Said they weren't allowed to per corporate. Even though they were open till 9pm. 5 hrs no donuts made and none for sale. On Sunday I walked in at noon and they have no munchkins and don't plan on making more. How is this place even open when they never seem to have anything. The worst service I have ever seen when it comes to having the food they advertise. Don't waste your time going to the one on horner in Sandford. Because they probably won't have anything.

I went into Dunkin Donuts this evening, the staff was on the phone, and I ordered 12 dounts. My dounts were cold and old. The service was bad, and the food was old and stale. I threw $17.00 away.

We ordered three drinks today at this location and all three were horrible. One was a mocha. One was a regular coffee and one was a Frappuccino. All three tasted like they were made with water and sugar, and no coffee whatsoever waste of money. I don’t know if this is our location problem or a franchise problem.

Can I just say Kelly at the window is the perfect person to have out the window. She is so funny so kind makes you feel like you’re just a regular at Dunkin’ Donuts. They always update me if my order is taking longer. I just want to say great job to this team they do a great job.

Waited over 30 min in drive through line for 1 croissant and a small black coffee. No orders ahead of me. Tried honking my horn to get their attention to issue a refund but was ignored until my burnt breakfast sandwich came out of their uncleaned toaster oven. Food and employees are trash and unfortunately this has become common at ALL Duncan Donuts. Teach your people about order of operations in the kitchen and customer service. People don't mind waiting a little longer as long as you communicate what's going on and don't hide in the back.
Update: after leaving this review and a complaint with corporate I got a call from the district manager saying to just not go to that location. Pathetic.
