Frozen coffee was nothing but chunks of ice, forgot the snackin bacon and then asked if I was sure I didn't get it, when I finally got it, it was cold. The sausage egg and cheese croissant had to be remade as I got just a sausage I think on a biscuit. Then couldn't even eat the correct sandwich cause it was cold. Which not sure how as the croissant was burnt. Would not recommend this location to anyone!

I always have a great experience here. I’ll get my occasional morning coffee treat a couple times a week from here; same thing every time, mocha latte with almond milk and it’s always perfect. The staff is always so nice and the drive thru is usually pretty quick.

Why does it take so long to pour coffee, you would think they where serving burgers and fries...sat in drive thur for 20 minutes they are the slowest ....it's ridiculous!

Not normally one to do this but I’m a bit heated. They are rude never have anything in stock. Their speaker doesn’t always work so sometimes you just sit there and when you pull around they make you feel like your the problem and extremely uncomfortable this is the only one near me and I don’t even go for myself but I believe today was the last chance I give them. Don’t treat me like I’m in the wrong when your employees don’t know how to do their job and answer the speaker if it’s working because I said hello sever times sitting there waiting before I pulled around. Disgusting behavior to make someone feel bad for trying to give money to your business.

On Saturday I walk in at 4 pm there are 6 donuts and 2 muffins I ask when are they going to make more and they Said they weren't allowed to per corporate. Even though they were open till 9pm. 5 hrs no donuts made and none for sale. On Sunday I walked in at noon and they have no munchkins and don't plan on making more. How is this place even open when they never seem to have anything. The worst service I have ever seen when it comes to having the food they advertise. Don't waste your time going to the one on horner in Sandford. Because they probably won't have anything.
