What a cute little coffee spot in Sanford! We had our dog so we sat out on the patio area which was really cute! Inside there was plenty of space and lots of different seating areas. The chai and dirty chai were delicious and Zeus approved of the bacon croissant. The blueberry muffin was also very fresh. A must visit if you’re in the Sanford are.

We found a new place that's local, family owned and the place looks great! The staff is so nice, courteous and helpful especially it was our first time there together. We had bagels which were delicious and the coffee was spot on!

Lots of nice, comfortable places to sit. Inside with AC is a bit cold. I had regular iced coffee, it was just a little watery or maybe the coffee was just weaker than im used to drinking.

I went this past Saturday and it was very good. The people working there were kind and pleasant. The croissant egg and cheese sandwich was delicious . I should have ordered two instead of one. The Colombian coffee was the best cup of coffee I have ever had. I will be returning.
God Bless you all at Family Grounds.

Not a great experience. Purchased Iced coffee (bitter). Added half/half to make it better, it didn’t. Also order a specialty coffee, it must have been made with the same bitter coffee. 🤨I shared a few hellos, no responses. Food was ok. What I ordered was not what I expected. Friendly staff.
It didn’t help that outside the establishment was a car parked with an advertisement for Tactical Civilians (interesting read to say the least). Should have payed more attention to it before supporting.

This locally owned place was POPPING when we visited! The establishment was well staffed with smiling faces. Our food was really yummy, and this is the only place in the area that I get a cappacino because of the quality of coffee they use. So happy to have them in our area!

I had the café mocha and my daughter had the matcha latte — both were amazing! We’ll definitely be going back.

I've been coming here for years. This is the best coffee shop I've been to in all of North Carolina. They have great food, tea and coffee. Lots of different kinds, all high quality. Come in and have the owner David make you a latte

went with a friend recently. owner talks a big game about making a gathering space for everyone, then goes on offensive when people ask them to adjust their space to be inclusive to everyone. extremely sad behavior to see on display so publicly. Food not worth the money, or the disrespect from the employees and owner.

Food was not priced well, was expensive, but not very good. The atmosphere felt strange and unwelcoming after a while. The military themed bibles strewn about the restaurant are a bit strange. One I could understand, but when I visited, they were all over the place. Not sure what was up with that. The xx and xy bathroom signs were another odd thing.

I’m a coffee lover and this is my far the best coffee house I’ve ever been to. Specialty coffee and drinks are just unbelievably good, staff knows you by name and gets your “usual” espresso started when they see you walking in! It is truly a family. God bless you Family Grounds!
