I come by this Hardee's omw to work, stop every once in awhile. Not something I'd normally review...but I think this place is worth reviewing because of their consistency in service and quality. This store is an outlier among fast food now 25 years into the 2000s. Dee and Armani running the breakfast hour have got this figured out and if you're a fast food chain restaurant owner in the area you should seek them out to run your store at double whatever they are making now. Great place tell em Mr. sent ya.

When going through the drive-thru and ordering a drink, there will most likely be a lot of soda dripping down the side of your cup. When you attempt to grab the cup in a manner that does not get soda on your hands, they will force it into your hand anyways.
When you attempt to speak to the person that put the messy cup in your hands about it, they will act like it's a non-issue and not apologize. Instead they will just look at you and say "Will that be all".
When you go in and speak to management about the issue and the and the personnel, they will attempt to end the conversation quickly by saying they (the manager) try and wipe the cups down and say they will speak to the person later on, they also will give a Half-Assed apology as an afterthought.

Went there this morning and spent $9.06 for 2 dry and cold cinnamon rolls and some extra extra crispy hash browns over cooked highly upset when I got to work didn’t have a picture of the tots because I instantly threw them in the trash

my mother went to this Hardees to get food for me and my brother as well as herself they totally messed up the order not only that just threw everything together like it was nothing and she didn't even get her hotdog she ordered plus the food was cold and disgusting NEVER AGAIN!

Asked for a Frisco burger at noon, got a breakfast sandwich, not my order, then I got a Frisco breakfast sandwich Do they not serve the Frisco burger anymore? Place looked like they hadn't swept up all morning, generally sloppy looking restaurant
