It is hard to impress me when it comes to fast food chains because usually the service is not there and the food is well not good. I stopped by this location to give it a try. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and noticed how clean the restaurant was. Kudos. I placed my order and went to wash my hands. The bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. The manager is friendly and can make the experience feel welcoming and home-like. However, the restaurant has shown some consistency issues, with prepared food sometimes sitting in the passthrough and customers having to ask for their orders. While the fries may not always be hot, they are still edible and the crinkle-cut style is appreciated. The burgers are consistently great, coming out looking commercial-ready, and the fountain drinks are always well-mixed. Overall, this particular Hardee's location off Buffalo Road is highly recommended for its generally good food and service.
