Ordered the frisco burger combo with no tomatoes. & unfortunately the burger still had tomatoes on it. It was rung in correctly on the receipt so the cook obviously wasn’t paying attention. Yet I was the only car in the drive thru so there was no rush, just lack of attention to important details.

I went through the drive-thru and was promptly greeted by Kira (didn’t know her name at the time). She was so polite and helpful I was actually surprised because most people nowadays are not very professional. When we got to the window she was super friendly. I had to express to her that I was so impressed with her drive-thru voice and professionalism. You hardly ever find employees anywhere who take their jobs seriously and put their all into it. When I received my food it was nice & hot with all of the condiments in the bag that I requested. This was a great visit and I would definitely recommend this restaurant Hardee’s #1667 in Cameron.

We stopped this morning with a truck and trailer and parked in the designated space for such. An employee was outside and made a comment about where we parked but we continued inside. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes without acknowledgment and all of a sudden the same employee came to the counter and proceeds to ask my husband to move his truck. No hello, how may I help you, nothing. He told her ok and we got in the truck and left. The employees were too sorry to walk to the parking spots meant for drive thru parking and wanted us to move. You lost a customer today and probably forever because of this treatment.
I never gave a 1 before period. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and went home. Hit a cheese burger so went back. They gave me crap over not having a receipt like I’m trying to upgrade by wasting time and fuel. No apologies nor anything. Just Yosef the bag and said here. Never back there again!
