Great staff! Shout out to Kailey for always making my bowls the best tasting and best looking! Shout out to Logan for her bubbly personality and always making it a family atmosphere and going above and beyond to help customers! The two together make a great team for this store. Shoutout to the Twins and to Daylen for making night shift a good way to start the night with their great personality! Also shoutout to Maddie for making this bowl look amazing which is the picture I posted.

We had the best customer service from this young man, Keith! He was just so friendly and happy to serve his customers we loved talking with him as he was working. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. This place definitely exceeded my expectations! Amazing salad, too!

They mixed up the orders. I had to travel back from Springlake to Sanford. They corrected their mix up and mine. [The two gentlemen that were working 3/30/25 @ 4pm) Thank You Again!

My husband picked me up a sandwich after work today December 2 around 7pm ish. Ordered a cancro, was really surprised how thin their meats and cheese has gotten.... I wouldn't have mind but the rosemary bread was way over cooked, had a slight burnt taste and was very chewy that the only thing we could taste was the onion. It was very very dry, husband asked for extra mayo and it was very thin. They didn't give him a receipt, he said there where a bunch of nice kids working there like 16-23. I usually domt care or complain but it was just bad, dry, burnt and chewy, cheese and meat so thin that i seriously couldn't taste it.

Probably one of the nicest crews I've encountered at any of the locations. I travel for work and have been to many. These ladies are amazing. Food is great and the service is spectacular. 👏👏👏

I just want to know why I paid 22$ for a loaf of bread and chips and drink. This is worthless and the manager just sits in the lobby talking loudly and rude to people on the phone while the employees do whatever they want. My 1st time eating jersey mikes was in greeneville nc. It was amazing. However both times I've went since then has been this sanford location and they NEVER put hardly any steak on my Philly. This is so horrible and I want my money back

I am normally not one to complain but in this case...i had ordered two sandwiches through the app and requested light oil & vinegar for one of them and they were BOTH soaked in oil, especially the one that I specifically said LIGHT OIL & VINEGAR. Pictures dont even show how oily it really is. You can imagine how soggy the bread was & dripping everywhere. I did not enjoy eating that sandwich at all. Only reason why I didn't go back to the store with those sandwiches is because I don't live close to the store. Pictures attached.

The staff are always very nice. My family can be loud, so I'm sorry if we are crazy at checkout, lol. However, the staff never complained and made our order perfectly. We all ordered the Italian, Mike's way, and it was delicious.
