Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband picked me up a sandwich after work today December 2 around 7pm ish. Ordered a cancro, was really surprised how thin their meats and cheese has gotten.... I wouldn't have mind but the rosemary bread was way over cooked, had a slight burnt taste and was very chewy that the only thing we could taste was the onion. It was very very dry, husband asked for extra mayo and it was very thin. They didn't give him a receipt, he said there where a bunch of nice kids working there like 16-23. I usually domt care or complain but it was just bad, dry, burnt and chewy, cheese and meat so thin that i seriously couldn't taste it.

Probably one of the nicest crews I've encountered at any of the locations. I travel for work and have been to many. These ladies are amazing. Food is great and the service is spectacular. 👏👏👏

I just want to know why I paid 22$ for a loaf of bread and chips and drink. This is worthless and the manager just sits in the lobby talking loudly and rude to people on the phone while the employees do whatever they want. My 1st time eating jersey mikes was in greeneville nc. It was amazing. However both times I've went since then has been this sanford location and they NEVER put hardly any steak on my Philly. This is so horrible and I want my money back

I am normally not one to complain but in this case...i had ordered two sandwiches through the app and requested light oil & vinegar for one of them and they were BOTH soaked in oil, especially the one that I specifically said LIGHT OIL & VINEGAR. Pictures dont even show how oily it really is. You can imagine how soggy the bread was & dripping everywhere. I did not enjoy eating that sandwich at all. Only reason why I didn't go back to the store with those sandwiches is because I don't live close to the store. Pictures attached.

The staff are always very nice. My family can be loud, so I'm sorry if we are crazy at checkout, lol. However, the staff never complained and made our order perfectly. We all ordered the Italian, Mike's way, and it was delicious.

WOW! What an experience! I have been to Jersey Mike's all over and this was hands down the friendliest staff I have ever met. All the employees were smiling, holding conversations with all of their customers; not just to break the silence but because they legitimately wanted to have a conversation.

Multiple customers came in that were regulars because they were addressed by name and their sandwiches started to be made by just their appearance in to the store.

I'll go out of my way just to visit here again for the staff! Oh and the sandwiches were far about the norm for Jersey Mike's!

Their general manager is absolutely terrible , she's biased and ignorant she will waste your time she deserves to be fired. I wouldn't recommend anyone working under her management. Just god awful I'd give this place 0 stars if I could

Consistency is key, and Jersey Mike's is nothing if not consistent. I've been visiting both the Horner and Tramway locations regularly since they opened, not to mention other locations prior to the Sanford locations opening, for years.The food is always fresh, made to order, and served with a smile. If a mistake is made, such as forgetting to add bacon to a club, the mistake is quickly corrected upon being made aware of the issue. I've rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes from the time of walking in, to the point of getting my food, even on the most busiest of days. When it is slow, the made to order food is ready almost as soon as I finish giving my order, toppings and all.Logan is an excellent employee and is able to predict with a high degree of accuracy on potential additions to the sandwiches.Heather has worked at both Sanford locations and is doing an excellent job in leading this location. It is always a pleasure seeing, and tasting, the magic of simple ingredients coming together to make a hearty and delicious meal.If there is anything I would want to see change, it would be to add soups as an option on the menu, similar to how the former Elliot Rd location in Chapel Hill had soup, especially during the colder months.

Vegetarian options: Portobello Mushroom & Swiss (Hot Sub), The Veggie (Swiss, provolone & green bell peppers/Cold)

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread is available, and dairy and egg allergy concerns can be practiced

Parking: Parking lot is shared with two other businesses, an urgent care and a mattress store, with enough spots for all I rarely need to wait to park.

Kid-friendliness: There is enough open area for kids to move around without bumping into others during most days. On high traffic days, it can get crowded, and kids would need to be kept close.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for wheelchairs to enter, exit, and pull up to tables.
