Jersey Mike's Subs

This group of young people are some of the hardest working. They are very polite, helpful and just plain exquisite. They all deserve a pay raise. The store is always very clean and they have created a very warm welcoming atmosphere for their customers. This is the best Jersey Mike's in North Carolina period. The crew I wanted to acknowledge is Keith R., Logan, Jalen, Oletta, Gabriel, and Bri. They are Amazingly Awesome!

This Jersey Mike's always comes through! Great sandwiches and a great crew! Was having an off night and the team was super friendly and provided superior customer service! Thanks to Logan, Jay, Gabe, Oletta, and Nasiah! They really went above and beyond!

I love Jersey mikes and used to go to the Horner location but since then moved. Tried this as it was a tad closer but still 20min drive- my sandwich was saturated. I asked for it saucy but I had to literally eat with fork and knife and flavor it was so awful I only ate half. If I lived closer, I would have taken it back. Total waste of time and money- all the other customers in line looked unhappy as well and none of the staff seemed to know what was happening.

I have loved Jersey Mikes since I first went in 20 years ago. This location is my favorite.
I am known and welcomed every time, and the staff is well trained, friendly and efficient. Gabriel, Wade, and Logan I have gotten to know from going often, and they are all leading a great team doing a great job! Unlike a lot of other places, they know customer service and do it right.

Very bad service

Very friendly atmosphere. Employees greeted me with a smile when i walked in. Customer service was by far the best I've seen compared to other restaurants around the area. Food was amazing, bread was nice and soft, overall a 10/10 experience. Definitely would recommend coming to this location!

Vegetarian options: The #14 is just swiss and provolone with green bell peppers. Can customize the toppings as well!

Dietary restrictions: All subs can receive a gluten free bun instead for customers with dietary restrictions

Parking: Parking has spaces but come early if you want to beat the lunch and dinner rushes!

Kid-friendliness: Staff offers free stickers for kids!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped spaces upfront with a path for customers with wheelchairs

I came to the Jersey Mike's in Tramway, NC about a month ago with two coworkers. The food was good, and while we were eating an employee came around handing out coupons for a free regular sub. Today I was back in the area so I decided to redeem my coupon. The cashier scanned my coupon, then told my my total was ten dollars and some change. I asked about the coupon and was told it didn't work. I said I wasn't paying, and left. They would rather throw away food than to honor their own coupon. I will not purchase ANYTHING from Jersey Mike's again unless someone gives me at least two free subs. One to replace the one I didn't get, and another for my lost time, and inconvenience. I DO NOT recommend Jersey Mike's based on the customer service I received today. And just for reference, today is 08/16/24 the coupon expires on 12/31/24
