Came there last night , spent $40 for two largest sandwiches. Only one slab of meat even for a giant sandwich??? Those sandwiches are very expensive, atleast put more meat on it! A rip-off! Jersey Mike's sandwiches way more worth the money, especially that their sandwiches have plenty meat and bread is delicious ?

There is a wrap called unwhich, which is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. It is amazing! You can get any sandwich made that way for those who don't like bread or on weight loss program. It's a must try!

I ordered a giant sub and told them i wanted everything except lettuce, got home and it was only turkey mayonnaise and the oil, whe I called back they said since I didn't want lettuce the store policy was I couldn't get other toppings, that is just crazy I don't like lettuce but I wanted the other toppings, then said I could bring it back after Im back home 20 minutes away, I won't be going back

Ordered a giant as well as another normal sub and received three subs that are around 6 inches long, jimmy johns subs have never been this size, when I went back in to ask I was told it’s because it was a giant and it was cut in half and put into two different wrappers which I know because I’ve worked at a a jj before, and I also know that the subs almost reach the top of the bag when they are put in the bag and they aren’t. Here’s a picture to show how small the subs are

I ordered online. I get my sandwich which I asked for it to be cut in half which they did not do, my chips was also messing. I call the store the guy on the phone was very rude. Talking bout they cant refund me for the chips cause the order was done online. Or he said I could bring the sandwich back and they could do full refund. Why should i bring the sandwich back when my order was delivery. They should bring the chips back. I wont be ordering from Jimmy Jones again. Very rude ppl on the phone.
