I went here for the first time this morning. I ordered a hot breakfast sandwich a scoop of chicken salad with a cash tip. I received my hot sandwich and then reminded the employee that I was still waiting for a chicken salad. Then another employee asked what else I had. I explained that I was waiting on JUST a chicken salad scoop. I continued to have an extended wait for a COLD CHICKEN SALAD SCOOP that could have been prepared before my hot sandwich. The employee making food stated to another employee that she forgot about the chicken salad. I continued to wait while other people that came in after me received their drink AND WARM food orders. I finally received my chicken salad scoop and did not receive any sort of apology for the extended wait or being forgotten about while I waited directly in front of the counter. I have worked in the food service industry and an apology for the wait goes a long way. I will not return.

This is the best coffee shop I've ever been to! Great service, fantastic baked goods, and the coffee is to die for! As a tired traveler, I felt so welcome and at home here. Such a down to Earth vibe. The owner was so friendly, and her staff was on top of everything. I highly recommend checking this little gem out whenever you can.

Interaction was disgusting. Owner herself was so unprofessional and rude because I had questions about a food allergy I have and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a allergic reaction to something I wanted to order. I do not recommend this place and I will never spend my money here again. No appreciation for people who spend their hard earned money in their establishment. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
Her name, Haley H is that Teresa the owner actually through a veteran out of her coffee shop with a service dog and told them never to return. This was reported in lieu of The American Disabilities Act. Please be aware you can be fined.

Everything here is SO delicious! I get a drink here almost daily and they always have seasonal drink menus with new things to try. The space is extremely inviting and cozy and the owners and staff are amazing. This community would not be the same without Jitterbugz!

We love coming to Jitterbugz, easily the best coffee in town, and we have started only buying coffee beans from them too. The staff is great, there’s not a bad drink on the menu and the owners keep the shop clean and welcoming. Definitely a must try if you’re in or around the area.
