I dont have nothing good to say about this store because every time I come up here for a doordash they either take to long or they out of something this store is one of the worst places in sanford and the choice of gm even worse and when I tell her the name im picking up for ya after the 3rd time im gonna get shitty they cant even get their shit together here. And the longer I sit here waiting for an order the more it takes up my time and the more money I lose this is why I either unassign or decline the run its got to be worth my time to even deal with this place. So disgusted

Food was a expected and what we ordered. Service was exceptionally RUDE and from the supervisor! The cashier that took our order has to ask her a question that we had asked and she stormed up front pushed few buttons and stormed away. No way to interact with your employees or in front of guests. I think we've come too experience these types of interactions nowadays, which is unfortunate. The atmosphere is cold and boring. The person cleaning you the dining area was surely on a one-speed mode, looking close to slow motion. 🐌 To bad. Fast food are just that, get your food fast, forget the communication. Too bad.

Went yesterday hubby got what was supposed to be a 8 piece bucket of Honey BBQ chicken was only 6 pieces when we got home not the first time this has happened there with other orders. Will not be going back.
Ya’ll bring back the potato wedges and they old and tasteless! Come on guys! Please at least make them taste decent!

Went through the drive-through the other night and the young man on the speaker said, how may I help you? I proceed to order some chicken. After I place my order he said. Sorry we have outer chicken. How do a chicken establishment run out of chicken? He wanted to offer me a Potpie to purchase. But that is not what I went there for if you are out of chicken why is your drive-through still open? You cannot service your customers if you don’t have the food that the establishment sales absolutely ridiculous.

I wanted chicken livers but they didn’t have it They offered chicken gizzards, they were awful- non chewing and overflying ! No more KFC fire my family!

I’m really upset — we had to throw away their chicken because it tasted nasty, old, and was even ice-cold. I was starving and looking forward to eating, but I ended up so disappointed. I’ve been trying to contact them to report it and return it, but no one is answering. I’m furious that we spent so much money just to get something that tastes awful.
