I’m really upset — we had to throw away their chicken because it tasted nasty, old, and was even ice-cold. I was starving and looking forward to eating, but I ended up so disappointed. I’ve been trying to contact them to report it and return it, but no one is answering. I’m furious that we spent so much money just to get something that tastes awful.

Second time in a year i been to rhis location they gave me the wrong order but had ro wait for about 20 minutes just got work so when they gave me rhe bag i just left got home they didn't put any of rhe sides and didn't have the right amount of chicken it would of been cheaper to Bojangles

This could be the worst KFC in the system. Ordered an hour before they close, and they kept saying they were out of everything I was trying to order. Finally got food and asked for plastic silverware and they said “We’re out of plastic silverware.” Actually insane. After getting my food, I almost wish they were out of what they gave because this food stinks.

I usually come to this restaurant and have no problems, today I wanted the taste of KFC six piece. I get home and there's only four piece and they're white meat! I wanted it dark, I had already been to Pittsboro and they wouldn't let me get the deal with dark meat. What is wrong with these restaurants??don't know why they can't get orders correct???

Very disappointed stopped there on way back to Fayetteville from getting granddaughter a procedure done at unc hospital.Thats all ahe wanted was KFC we went 10 minutes out of the way just to keep my promise to her to get what ahe wanted wven drowsy and hadnt ate aince last night due to having the procedure we atill went and decided to go in to relax from the heat and the worries of the day only to go in and sweat from it being extremely hot.She needed to use bathroom mind you shes still not 100 percent stable but as we entered the restroom there was a caution sign wet floor we had to step around it ... was beyond just wet it was so much it made a splash when she atepped around it.myself also had to be cautious and still slipped and almost fell.We got back to table to wait on food cause nothing was ready had a 8 minute wait I went to counter to get the food told the girl the bathroom was soaking wwt and coming out of the door to get told yea i know we have a leak..Then proceed to go back to get a missing item to only stand there for 3 to 4 minutes trying to get someones attention because everyone that ao called worked there was in the back and totally ignored me even though they seen me standing there all and all 35 dollars later and a big inconvenience im truly disappointed especially when my granddaughter wasnt feeling well yet still tried to make her feel better by getting the only thing she wanted.Big thumbs down I know where we wont ever try and eat at again!

This place is the worst kfc I have ever visited every time we try we wait and wait. We have been told they are out of chicken. Another time we were told if that’s what we wanted we had to wait for it to be cooked. Poor operation.

I went through the drive thru and the person was not friendly at all. When I got to the window I saw the person who took my order and was preparing my food, he had his pants Hanging below his buttocks, which is very unprofessional. The manager on duty was very nice, but the chicken was overcooked. It did have the KFC seasoning and flavor that I remember from times past.
