The staff at this location are absolutely incompetent. We did not have a complicated order. We pulled up to the window and stated we had two (2) orders and we would like to pay for them separately. First order was a pepperoni pizza and two 20oz Pepsi drinks. Every time we come here, it's either them over charging us for 2 pizzas or something similar. The second order we had, was a lunch combo with a 20 oz Pepsi. They tried to charge us 3 different times after we had to explain to two different women 4 or 5 times what we were trying to do. It is real simple... Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. I'd rather drive all the way to Raleigh or Greensboro to get pizza from one of their Little Caesars locations.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I spent over $40 in the store and asked for one ranch sauce to go with my wings and they refused to give it to me…they wanted me to pay an additional $.85…money is not the issue, its the principal and the behavior they showed to me…the paying customer…I will never spend my money in this restaurant again…oh and the pizza was cold and my wings were terrible!

This location is super fast, and I have never had any issues with my orders or hot n ready items. They always acknowledge you when you walk in, even if they are busy and can't get to you right away.
If u want hot and ready this may not be the location for you. We ordered two cheese breads and have been waiting for almost 20 minutes and they do not seem that busy. But the establishment is clean and staff is friendly, just not sure what takes so long for something that is supposed to be ready to go…

Yall I must say the manager at this location went above and beyond to help me tonight, and I cannot be more thankful for her dedication. Long story short I accidentally ordered my pizza at the wrong location and when I called the other location to cancel the order, I could not get no one to answer the phone for nearly an hour, and I tried to call corporate as well. Could not get no one to answer their phone either. this lady stayed on the phone until she got someone on their phone to help me get my money back.

Quality pizza for an incredibly affordable price Little Caesars doesn't even have the nerve to ask for a tip especially when you're the one fighting traffic using your gas to pick it up it's the only chain where you can get a large pizza loaded with toppings for 20 bucks the other chains pizza hut and dominos want to skimp on the toppings, price gouging and then want you to tip the
workers on top of that how about you employers stop being so selfish greedy and stingy try to pass your employees wages off to the customer you shouldn't be in business if you either can't or won't pay your workers a living wage. Only gripe about Caesars is that y'all can be less greasy.
