There was an issue with the order that was placed online and it didn't posted at the store but the manager on duty took care of the issue and I was able to go with the pizza like had ordered.the manager show great experience and calm in the middle of Friday rush I will definitely give a 5 star rating great service.

Ms. Liyah cared enough to report to work today while many restaurants and their employees decided not to open and stay home. Reasonably, no major restaurants were open due to dangerous road conditions that were a result of freezing temperatures. Today many roads were also covered in black ice and many intersections stoplights were down due to ice and snow.
Ms. Liyah not only showed up to work under risky conditions as previously stated, when I called Marco's Pizza, she kindly informed me of the current specials. I took her advice and made my purchase. When I arrived home, I saw my order was accurate and I was happy to see my food was made fresh. There is no doubt the quality of foods are well managed at this Marco's Pizza restaurant.
Regarding Ms. Liyah, I am unsure how Marco's Pizza recognizes their employees. But I hope Ms. Liyah is given formal acknowledgement for her dedication to this business and for her professionalism.

Order was supposed to have been ready but wasn’t even in the oven yet when I arrived. I ended up cancelling. The girl running the register was apologetic but the rest of the staff walked by without even addressing me until she got there. Not a good experience.

Update: I went and talked to the manager and he was very friendly and took care of the issue no problems. Very professional and I really appreciate him taking the time to discuss this with me. We love their food, just hopefully won't have any more issues with incorrect charges again. He did explain their policy on what is expected of their employees and their zero tolerance for if it happens more than once.
We have been ordering from here since we moved over 4 years ago and havent really had a problem, until the other day. I always place my order through the app and usually always tip with cash. We'll when I was going through my bank statement I discovered that they charged me a 25% extra amount then what my order was. I have the receipt and it clearly shows my total and NO tip added (I tipped $10 cash) and when the charge posted it was for an extra $13.01 more than what my total was. Very deceptive and I will not be using my card again. I will also be filing a dispute for the charge.

Extremely disappointed in the laziness of the staff, ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I asked to pay cash in store. I arrived to the store and they asked for my name and told me there was no order for me then they looked up my phone number and gave me an attitude when the order still didn’t come up. If you are ordering over the phone I recommend you pay over the phone otherwise they likely won’t place your order.

I was having trouble with a coupon that was mailed and the code was not working online, so I called in. Spoke with a young man named, Tyler who was very polite and professional. He was able to apply the discount over the phone and delivery is always on time. Marco's is more expensive. However, they are always on time and the service and food is exeptional. Which means a lot in todays dining experience.

I was very disappointed I ordered pizza for 1045 pm two nights ago I got my pizza thinking it was gonna be fresh and hot no it was cold and it was left out without any heat warmer then gave a 5.00 tip as well
