I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered Marco’s pizza after not having it for months. The first slice of pizza I grabbed had a hair baked into the pizza. I went to take my pizza back and was told I could only get store credit. After much discussion I was given my refund. I will not order from here again!

I am reaching out to share my recent experience at your establishment, where I have been a loyal customer since its opening. I have always admired the quality and flavor of the food which has kept me and my family coming back, typically opting for online or phone orders for delivery or pickup.However, my latest visit presented a significantly different perspective. For the first time, I decided to order in-store and wait for my pizza to be prepared. Unfortunately, what I observed during my wait was deeply concerning. I noticed that none of the four associates preparing pizzas were wearing gloves. This was particularly alarming as they were handling the refrigerator housing the crust, touching the order screen buttons, and even multitasking between making food and returning to the prep line without washing their hands. Moreover, I was particularly taken aback when an associate dusted off her hands, covered in toppings remnants, over the pizza she was preparing.Understanding the fast-paced environment of food preparation, it still raises a significant concern about the sanitary practices currently in place. Many food service establishments, such as Subway, have adopted the practice of wearing gloves while preparing food and switching them out when moving between task to ensure a hygienic process. This not only protects the food but also reassures customers about the cleaniness of their meal.I am sincerely hoping that this feedback promps a review and immediate action towards improving sanitary practices within your establishment. It would be regrettable to seek alternative dining options due to concerns over food preparation standards.I have always supported and enjoyed your service, and it is from this place of loyalty and concern that I bring this to your attention. The pizza/breadsticks are always great! I have never been let down by this store! The staff are super sweet! For example: After ordering my pizza today, my baby had fallen asleep. I called the store to ask them not to knock when they delivered it. I wanted them to call me instead. They followed through with my request and didn’t wake the baby! It’s a win for me and the Delivery driver and staff tonight!

Calzone had hair in the middle of it. I promptly returned to the store. When the manager Jasmine arrived to process refund she was not apologetic nor did she give any sense that she cared about the quality of the product that she provides. Complete lack of customer service, I wasn't addressed until I started to inquire about proof of the refund. No receipt, no confirmation because information in system would have owners info on it; sometimes your word is just not enough. There should definitely be an improvement in your customer service and your procedures and systems besides sending a copy to your store owner (Teresa) of any pending voids, that doesn't seem like the best process.

Don’t bother with online ordering! Order is never ready when it says it is and then items are missing. Staff seemed unorganized.
