This location in the morning is great. The late evening crew has some lazy, rude workers. They don’t care if you’re waiting in the drive thru, even if you ordered ahead of time. They just pick and choose when they want to take orders. I waited at the speaker for over 10 mins. I would have left if I didn’t already pay. I had to drive around, workers inside saw me at the window and still kept walking by. I had to flag someone down who finally got someone. She told Roman was supposed to be taking orders. She said to go ahead and pull up to the next window. Manager sees me and keeps on doing whatever she is doing. 10 or more minutes later the manager finally brings me my food. “Have a wonderful night” she says. No apology, no greeting. This is your job, and always the same thing. Do better!

Went in for an ice cream coming, asked for it to be put in a cup with an order of fries, the lady that handed me my order was so rude and disrespectful. This wasn’t my first time dealing with her. She always has an attitude. I will not come back to this McDonald’s. I will take a drive for better service. I believe her name was Teresa or something to that effect.

You have to pull forward every single time you order food. I even use the mobile app place the order from home and hit the “I’m already here” button when I’m less than a mile away and they still NEVER have my food ready. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APP IF IF DOESNT HELP GAIN SOME SORT OF EFFICIENCY
Never see the MCdonalds like this before!!! I ordered 4 drinks and 10 Pc Ck nuggets!!! They told me to wait in parking lot, it more than 30m!!! After that when I got my drink I only get 75% of every cups drink and smoothie’s never and ever back…..

This place is ACTUALLY a scam. I live neighbor distance away, so I was coming a lot late at night. The night shift is ALWAYS having problems with or turning off their systems at night, but the manager wont turn off mobile orders because money. I used to work here, as a shift manager, so I know you're supposed to turn off mobile orders if you cant fulfill them.
You wont get that mobile order, the app wont refund you. I have lost 80 dollars to this resturaunt over 4 orders for no other reason than laziness. Never got my money back.
The manager wont do anything about it either, they'll just tell you its the mobile apps problem even if you show them that the app specifically states to deal with the resturaunt if you dont get your money.
I was also interviewed for a shift manager position here, just for the interviewer to be rude and tell me they dont "hire managers off the street"

This probably being the same lady that costed me 80 dollars as a customer. She was a manager. Guess intelligence isnt a valued asset here either.
If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible business, runs terribly slow. You order and every time they tell you pull up to a park and they’ll bring it out to you. Ridiculous, this is the third time. Also they have roaches and rats pretty bad. Over heard a manager discussing it with an employee
