Spring lane McDonald's suckshow hard is it to read the ticket an it says no onion the fries were soggy an the chic nuggets where over cooked an missing a drink aswell I went at 1124 an they weren't busy in the drive thru at all I got 2 of them minecraft meals an they won't even answer there phones it's crazy spend 28 on 2 meals an they can't even get any of them right

They get you order wrong even if you use the App! How stupid do you have to be to work here! Then no one speaks English at the damn window! It's called fast food ! I should have to pull over for 2mins For a mocha frappe wth!

I ordered from Uber I realize that McDonald’s is not responsible that my order was over an hour late however they do not respect their customers as my food was ice cold. So when I ordered at 2:15 they made my order and it sat for over an hour really.

Went to go get 2 triple hamburgers and a side of bacon.I got home and the meat was OLD and burnt and one patty had cheese on it which I SPECIFICALLY asked for NO CHEESE this is the worst food ever for a place that stays open 24 hours.

Always check your order! Usually they will leave something out, or get your order wrong…. And having them remake something, that’ll take an extra 10 mins.

Ordered inside got home realized they left out half the food, asked for a refund and was told to come back to the store. I asked for a partial refund and got hung up on. I’m not driving 30 mins after I’ve got home. Thanks

I would love for someone at cooperate to call me because it is insane what happens . I order an ice coffee everyday sometimes twice a day. I am aware they do not like me there why because when I get my ice cofeee it will have no ice or no sugar or caramel added when it’s a mocha. But I am always polite. I understand not making the drink I order through the app until I get to speaker but it’s an ice coffee so then I have to pull up front and wait the longest has been 15 minutes for an ice coffee . Today no ice and still has to pull up. Sometimes there is one lady who will make me sit at the speaker and wait until she feels like answering . It’s insane the behavior that goes on there with MANAGERS there as well. I never get an apologize and when I ask for the to fix the problem with the coffee it’s like I’m the problem. If this is franchise then I know why but if it’s cooperate why do they allow this?
I received a container of tartar sauce instead of 6 chicken nuggets. Then they refused to correct their mistake. Nick needs to take a class in customer service!

got a very dark pink undercooked burger after waiting for 15 minutes to recieve it! 🤢 When I got a chance to finally eat it, I bit in and took a few bites. I didnt realize it was raw until I set it down bc it wasn't hot anymore ( this is not their fault I was working). I'm totally used to eating cold food so it didn't dawn on me to look at the center. I am no nauseated by this and cannot even eat anything. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. raw hamburger should be cooked to at least 165°F to avoid any sicknesses. Ground hamburger touches many exposed surfaces during processing and hence why it has to be well done to kill bacteria.
