My mom introduced me to this bakery a while back. And Thank GOD she did. All of the cookies are absolutely amazing but let me tell yall about the Apple Cobbler cookie… they are the best thing I have EVER tasted. It’s not too sweet, not too overpowered with spices… it’s literally PERFECT. There is little bites of cobbler cinnamon pieces and bites of apple inside the softest bite of cookie with the most perfect amount of icing on top. I wish the apple cobbler cookies were on the menu every week!!!!!Kid-friendliness: Super friendly atmosphere!

I’ve always been hesitant to try bakeries that specialize in cookies for fear that they will taste like Crumbl which is horrendous. I stopped at Millie’s on a whim and my mind is blown. I purchased a maple walnut, molasses, and Mexican hot chocolate cookie and the flavors in each of these cookies are extraordinary. They aren’t too sweet and the texture is absolutely perfect. This is definitely a new favorite spot for my family. Do not hesitate to try this hidden gem.

Such a delicious first stop this morning at Millie's Mama Bakes! We started our anniversary adventure here and picked up a few of their goodies including a brownie, a cinnamon roll, a pretzel twist and for a gluten free option the macarons. When we entered it smelled wonderful and full of fresh baked goods aromas! The staff was polite. There was not a place to sit and hang out but that is ok as we were only intending to pick up anyways. The cinnamon roll is soft and tender with a delicious glaze! The pretzel twist was also tender and offered the perfect amount of chew. And the brownie, if you love dark chocolate this is the one for you! My hubby enjoyed his macarons too, with flavors representative of the names and excellent textures and sweetness levels.

This was my second time going to Millie's Mama Bakes. Both times I have been I was quickly greeted and welcomed. Friendly service. Great options. Staff happily offered suggestions or opinions when prompted. The store front is very clean. Everything that I have gotten has been very good. I will gladly return. The Mexican, hot chocolate cookie is a winner in my book.

We found this bakery while exploring Sanford. I was pleasantly surprised by their offerings and everything we bought was so good. Chocolate chip cookies are large, filled with chocolate, and so good. We tried the sugar cookie sandwich with sprinkles baked in, also a hit with my kids. We will definitely be back!

Just brought a salted caramel cupcake. This may have been the BEST cupcake I've ever tasted, lol. It was so soft it almost melted in my mouth! The taste was sweet but not too rich and sweet, and the salt came on the backend of the taste! It was gone b4 I was off of the block, ????
Everything is beyond yummy! The pretzels are so good…cinnamon buns( get there early), and ANYTHING else! Just go!?
