Very delicious food. Must try the Lobster Bisque soup. Very reasonably priced desserts. The staff were attentive and served the food quickly. This is a place worth driving to Sanford.

Food was delicious, but aren’t a lot of healthy options. The atmosphere is cute but it gets loud easily and it was packed, I wish we would have sat outside. The service was wonderful.

We moved back to Michigan and we lived just down the road from there and we ate there at least once a week, the food was the best today September, 16 2024 and was telling my Wife we need to take a trip bad to the South and eat there. Donny & Tina Guild. We will be there again

I've been coming to Mrs Lacy's as long as I can remember. The food is amazing(especially the peach shortcake ? and cobbler) and I always feel like family when I walk in the door. Give then a try! You won't be disappointed.
Delicious. Everything except the burger. It was dry and no flavor. Every other time we have been it’s been very enjoyable.

Very delightful quaint place. Staff super friendly. Always packed house. When I finally got an opportunity to experience this place ( I have been longing for years) I am a bit disappointed. The food is mediocre and more like I would expect at a church potluck dinner, and very OVERPRICED. I am glad I went, lovely atmosphere (a bit musty smelling, like an old museum) and staff. Probably will never return. Food needs alot of help, building needs an intense deep clean to get rid of mold smell. Also patrons rudely talking loudly on phones and ringing phone absolutely destroyed the quaint atmosphere.

Mrs.Lacy’s place was ok, not bad. The historic factor was neat, but tight and a bit anxiety provoking at the entrance. Daughter had grilled cheese and Mott’s apple sauce cup with a slice of milk shake cake, she was underwhelmed said grilled cheese at home has more flavor and cake was a bit like Costco tuxedo cake, but she says Costco’s was the winner. I had the crab cake sandwich with creamy broccoli soup. I really enjoyed the crab cake flavor, if it had been crisped a bit, it would have been perfection, but I loved the soup.

Really great menu. Lots of choices and the food was delicious. Very good service. My only complaint would be that the acoustics in the room we were in are not great and there were lots of people in the room and it was really hard to hear each other. But I guess that's the way it is with an old house. But the house itself was very charming. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful place with the most inviting staff. I have been eyeing some of their salads online and the one I had today did not disappoint! I will go back to try them all!
