Cashier also angry, yelling at other staff, unbelievably overcrowded. 3% upcharge to use credit card. If the salad on their website attracts you, you might be happy here. Just don't expect anything more than lettuce and a whispy hint of bacon and a tiny hidden nickel sized tomato and cucumber or two.

Really enjoyed Saturday lunch here with my girlfriend. We stopped by on our way to Aloha Safari Zoo, and this place did not disappoint!Best Strawberry shortcake we've ever had! We'll drive from Raleigh again to war lunch here!!

After a visit to the doctor, my sisters and I did lunch @ Magnolia House. It was a delightful experience. I had the Hawaiian Chicken sandwich with some cranberry salad on the side. It was a very intimate cozy interior with a tasty lunch. Something I noticed though, I have to go back for the quiche. Clearly, everyone knew how good it is except me ?. Return Visit for me!

My husband and I day tripped to Sanford, NC to visit antique shops. In my research of the area I was encouraged to not miss lunch at Mrs. Lacy's and it did not disappoint! Super friendly service, delicious corn chowder, broccoli salad and sandwiches. Of course we had to save room for dessert and I cannot recommend the warm Butter Pecan cake with vanilla ice cream enough! (We also brought home Milkshake cake and thin mint...dear Lord, it was all delicious!) Thanks for the making our "day date" special!

A real jewel of a place. Having a parking lot jam packed at 11:30 speaks loudly about the place. And the fore telling was true. The waitresses were very fast but also very friendly. Sometimes when the wait staff are quick, you feel rushed, not here. We stayed til closing, chatting and sipping tea. We felt right at home. The food is excellent for a lovely tea house, elegant but homey at the same time. It was my first visit today, but I'm going back 2 more times with 2 more girlfriends in the next 2 weeks. Today was my trial run, and I'm giving everyone the thumbs up.?

We were in town for a show at the Temple Theater and came here for lunch beforehand. It was absolutely delicious. My kids enjoyed burgers and macaroni salad, and I had the tuna sandwich in a spinach wrap. Definitely coming back next time we are in town!

Of course I have to leave a review for this place It would only be right for the "Potato Man" to do. Absolutely love this place their food is amazing and hospitality is amazing. Take it from me if you would like to try their loaded potatoes, I would strongly suggest you place your order for it 2-3 business days ahead of your visit. I would love to see the family take it to the next level and stay open a little longer.
