This Papa John's has the best pizza quality of all Papa John's I have visited. Yes I am on the road often and there is a difference in the pizza from one Papa John's compared to others. This location wins. Super nice staff also.

MANAGEMENT! BE SURE YOUR DRIVERS ARE OBEYING TRAFFIC LAWS! ON SEPT 19TH AROUND 7:50PM, A BLACK GUY WAS DRIVING A RED CAR PLAYING EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC WAS SPEEDING, TAILGATING AND CUTTING OFF PEOPLE AND ALMOST CRASHED INTO ME BY SQUEEZING INTO A VERY TIGHT SPACE.

It’s not just papa John’s. Seems like every pizza I order is subpar. I can do better with a frozen pizza at this point. I order regular and not sure what the folks that order thin crust get. Maybe a piece of paper with very little on it. I am done. I will make my own untill the pizza chains figure out where they are going wrong
I have ordered from this location three times I always ask for the six cheese pizza all three times I have received a plain cheese pizza. I have called back. They have corrected the mistake. I called and talked to Lindsey the manager and she told me that the customer is never right and that I’m just making this up, there is a difference between cheese pizza and the six cheese pizza. You can taste it in the pizza and whenever they corrected it before and sent me out the correct pizza you can taste the difference between the 2. But The manager said she made it and it’s not wrong and the customer is not right didn’t offer me a credit nothing so I will not be ordering from Sanford Papa Johns anymore. They mess up your order every single time and way overpriced to be messing up.

FIRST TIME / LAST TIMEOrdered two large pizzas for carryout, the bill came to a little over $50. For the price they charge you for each large pizza, one would think you would at least have toppings on all eight slices. One of the large pizzas was vegetarian and had roughly 5 thinly sliced pieces of green pepper on the entire pizza. On the other large pizza there were roughly 8 little pieces of sausage on the entire pizza. Both pizza crust were soggy and very thin. Neither of the two large pizzas had extra cheese as ordered (and paid for). You would think for the price that they charge you. You would at least get a reasonable amount of toppings and not a soggy drippy pizza dough for a crust. The only two positive comments I could make are the fact that the kids running the counter were very polite and courteous, and the pizzas were done at the time they said they would be. This was our first and will be the last pizza we orderfrom Papa Johns.

This a one star for Papa Johns Corporate. I’m not sure why you changed the Garlic sauce after all these years but, it tastes terrible. Bad after taster. Don’t fix what wasn’t broke.

I order from this location a lot. Each time the person at the front remembers me and always greets me with a smile and small talk. Today I had my pizza delivered and the driver was so polite and courteous. He made a simple mistake but quickly went above and beyond to correct it. I tried to go back on the site to double his tip but was unable to. Great team at this location!
