Never in my life have I seen such horrible customer service. I walked in to pick up my pizza and was standing at the register for 10 minutes without the two people standing at the registers acknowledging me. Finally when they did they realize my pizza had not been made and instead of telling me and giving me the option to wait on the pizza or getting a refund they just made it and I had to wait 20 extra minutes with my 11 month old baby without a word being said to me. Every other (white) customer got acknowledged as soon as they walked in which causes me to believe this has everything to do with the fact that I am a black woman. Just disgusting.
