The manger disrespected my mother & told her 20 dollars on the phone then 27 dollars when she got there & looks like she's a pill popper like a drug addict she shouldnt be working there if she's on something & mean to customers I don't tolerate people disrespecting my mom my mom is a very nice person & won't say nothing but I will we will not be coming back thanks

We had pizza from here last night and it's not the Pizza Hut I remember loving. I was actually up sick almost all night because it was sooo greasy. I get pizza can be greasy, but it was sooo greasy I went through at least 3 napkins for myself. My husband had the worst heartburn he's had in forever and my youngest kid asked that we go back to ordering from Marco's. My oldest didn't even eat any of the pizza or cheese bread. I tried the new Tavern style with sweet sauce and it was not good at all. There was barely any cheese on it (I only got cheese and olives) and so much sauce it overpowered any flavor. The cheese sticks were ok, but nothing like I remember them tasting. I got an original pan (paid extra for it) pepperoni as well and it looked almost identical to the hand tossed cheese pizza we got. So not sure where the pan pizza part came in. Maybe it was just an off night or something, but we'll go back to ordering from our regular pizza place. I tried to do something different because of a deal they had going on and it just didn't work out in our favor. My husband picked it up and had no complaints about the staff and it was ready right when it said it would be. Just the food quality was not there for us.

They still don't have a dining room and are unapologetic about it. The store was very uninviting and shows why Pizza Hut is a failing company! I left shortly after arriving and they did even try to convince me otherwise. ?

Ordered 3 Meat lovers pizzas !! Picked up . Got to office , What we saw was very a rats nest . One of the pizzas looked to be made last year and very cold . Other 2 was if there was a high shortage of meat . There was only 3 of each on pizzas . Also cold . Call store manager . What a joke . I think I would have had a better conversation with pee Wee hurman !! I will never ever go back to the Sanford location ever again . There lost of my company , and the 35 employees .
