Went to the place with my whole family, as soon as we arrived the lady was being rude to us she just said (get a menu and order here) with a huge attitude and she just turned around…

we called her again to ask her if we could bring our service dog inside the restaurant and we didn’t even finish asking her the question when she responded with arrogance (No you can’t bring it) when we even show her the ID of the dog…

She said that they were gonna ask their boss and they took a long time just to say ( I already told you that you can’t bring the dog inside).

I understand that there are rules that they gotta obey but there is different ways to tell the costumer if we have a service dog because we need it not because we just want to….

We are coming all the way form Washington DC and we stopped by to get some food but how they act with costumers is not right!!!!!

Stopped by on a whim. Wife and I both enjoyed the meal. Counter service was good. Will definitely try some different meals on our next visit.

A child takes your order that doesn't explain anything to you. Nor you can get a lime with water, he said he's not allowed to give them with water. Orchata, he did not tell me whether if it was a okay to use whole milk but did not say anything. When I asked that I can't drink whole milk, and I began to get upset, pain in my stomach and chest. Sour cream was watery, rice was awful, meat was okay, the avocados was the only fruit on my plate and it tastes better than the meal itself. When I asked for a refund for the orchata, the kid said you already drank it, drank only 1/4 of the drink, and the refried beans were saucy with ricotta cheese on top. I don't suggest for anyone to go to this place, there's an adult store right next door. This is added to the owners response, it was not water at all so please come correct. You have children working the front that don't explain anything. The drink Orchata, you as the server should advise customers of what comes with it. If you don't know anything about serving than you should not have your child taking orders. I believe that it's against the law for a child under 15 years old to work at a business. So come again

Love this place, first time we came in ate with my family.
Food was very authentic and delicious, price was a bit high but was worth every bite. In fact we are about to go eat some food right now, Saturday December 21.

Simple and humble place. Every worker was a teenager. The menu has no prices listed. Two tortas cost $30. Food was OK but the pollo torta had half the meat I find at most other places in town.

Very high prices, my question is how much do the pupusas cost? I ordered 12 and a breakfast and 3 orchatas and I paid $81, so how do they come out at home? It doesn't matter, the place is good, but there are hundreds who exaggerate the prices. Greetings, my apologies, it's just a suggestion.

The only reason I am leaving a 2 star review is because of the insane prices . We spent $85 for 2 mojarra frita and pollo con salsa verde. We could of have gone to a seafood place and have some shrimp and scallops for the same price. In addition, they charge for all extras like tortillas ( 3 for $4) and flavored water refill ($5) . I would visit this place once or twice a year, definitely not budget friendly.

So good! Had a pupusa, taco, and tamale. Loved them all. Will be back even though it’s 45 minutes from the house.

Arrived shortly after opening, and the young lady at the register and her counterpart working the grill were very hospitable.
The young gal at the register was very knowledgeable of the entire menu. It had many choices. Was sure so I asked her advice an wasn't disappointed. Very happy she also mention the heavy intensity on the various salsas. The Tomatilio was amazing. The other sauce that came with a side she said was very hot. So I passed on it.
Can't wait to get back soon. My only issue was the sticky tables. Which were quickly cleaned.
The meal was very enjoyable. I want to try the Pazole next time through!

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

Kid-friendliness: It's not Chuck E Cheeses, but kids can eat here.
