Sandwiches, smoothie, and latte were very tasty and made fresh, so we could have customized everything. Counter staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Simple furnishings but fine for a quick lunch. Plenty of parking, easy access.

We were in Sanford on Thursday 11/6 for a medical procedure. It was a long and stressful day. We were so happy to find this place for lunch. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and prepared quickly. It was nice to get a healthy, reasonably priced meal. They have great gluten free options too.We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Best chicken salad hands down! From Paninis to Tacos, Wraps, Croissants or soups it all is great! Prices are great as well especially for today's time!

They take way too long for our meals to come out. The food is delicious, but it shouldn’t take more than 20 min to wait. Some people only have 30 min lunches.

If you are looking for a good sandwich this is not the place for you. I had high hopes walking in, but it was extremely underwhelming. I was surprised to see how small the portion sizes were and the food was incredibly bland. I got the turkey and cheese panini and I swear the turkey served to me was just cheep lunch meat. Bacon also came served on my panini but they only gave me one small measly strip. The salad and service was ok, but nothing special. The only good thing I have to say about this restaurant is that they actually have pretty good house chips.

Sorry I forgot to take pictures. I was so pleasantly surprised with this place. I keep thinking it was going to be like Which Wich but there is no comparison! Our soups were homemade delights and our sandwiches toasted just right. I felt like family the way they took care of us.

I got a grilled cheese and fries and it was okay, I found a hair in my grilled cheese but I thugged it out. Their chips and ranch are so good though 10/10 for that.
