Recived my and my wife's honey Burbon chicken meal got to work to eat on break And they burned our food chicken dried out they didn't put extra cheese and sour cream on baked potatoes and they burned her squash also this is the 2nd time the messed up our food got to do better also when I arrived noone was on the floor to help me for almost 25min and I made contact had to wait 15min extra for food to come out . We spent $50 for our food to be messed over

Celebrated our anniversary. We ate and early dinner. The salad bar is always great. My husband and I ate the New Orleans Seafood with rice and zucchini. The temperature of the food was just right.

Got a 6 ounce sirloin and a baked potato, the potato was very small, and the steak was overcooked. I did say medium well, but it was very well done and crispy. The quality doesn’t match the price. I told the waitress to make sure they didn't undercook my steak. After I took a couple bites she was nowhere to be found. I sent the steak back it still came back undercooked. I had to replace the silverware because it had fingerprints all over it in something I don't know if it was a grease or what but you could tell it had been handled by dirty hands. I had to get my own napkins and box and had to hunt the waitress down to pay

Arrived at the Sanford location Saturday around 3:30. First noticed the health rating of 90 (yikes) and a cook coming from the kitchen clearly ill. The overall environment was dingy and the restaurant needs a complete overhaul. The manager saw us come in and ignored us at first. I asked my spouse if we should just leave, but we had a buy one get one free entree and a gift card from Christmas, so we decided to give this location a try since it is the only one in the area. The manager finally came over and sat us. He did not seem like the friendliest person. The table we sat at had large crumbs all over the floor underneath. Our waitress was nice, however, after ordering a steak and baked potato each, she came back 5 minutes later and said she forgot to tell us they were out of baked potatoes. They ran out of potatoes at 3:30? They haven't even had dinner rush. But ok, we ordered mashed potatoes instead. When the food came out, our steaks were undercooked and cold. The whole atmosphere/vibe was weird and uninviting and the food was subpar. This will be the last time we ever visit this location, which is a shame because we really love Ruby Tuesdays.

My best friend who lives an hr.away in one direction and I who live an hr. away in another direction will meet at this Ruby Tuesday’s for lunch. We have been doing it since before COVID. When we can’t get together for long weekends we will yymeet for spontaneous lunches, and always at this Ruby Tuesdays because they are so accommodating. They never care how long we stay and it has been going to happen to us ygup to as much as 3 hrs. Linda, the acting GM as well as LaTanya, our server were more than gracious this last visit we were there; we had my friends sister and her daughter with us then too. We laughed and had a wonderful time getting to visit! It’s our “go-to” place for best friends to meet!
