TIME MANAGEMENT needs improvement!!! I placed an order on the website (8:16) for pickup at a specific time (8:30), arrived 1 minute "early", pressed the call button, and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I parked in a stall. I actually had to stop one of the carhops & ask about my order. It was then brought to me in 2 minutes. This is ridiculous because it has happened 2 times previously. Online ordering at this Sonic is NOT the way to go, especially when you have a REASON to do so (time constraints).

Me and my wife love the new sonic smash burgers. They are so good! I'd give this location five stars if they haven't forgotten to give items on a couple occasions. It's a real bummer when you get home to find out something is missing. Otherwise it's a good location. Pretty fast and never too busy. We frequent it when my wife has a craving.

When pulling to speaker to place my order I was greeted with a very unprofessional tone, along with her eating while talking, when asking about a menu item she replied “exactly” as if me asking questions was a inconvenience. Constantly meet with long wait times and cold food. Sadly this place is a joke and they need to hire new employees.

Bring your own napkins!!! Burgers here are amazing, fried foods seem nice and hot, service is decently quick, but they seem to not include napkins each time I come here.

It's 12:04. The definition of lunchtime. So why are all the fryers being cleaned right now? No sides? No chicken? Nothing, more or less. Good game Sonic.
Ordered a BLT with extra bacon and plus cheese and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. There didn't seem to be extra bacon on the sandwich, and the milkshake was missing the crumb part of the cheesecake. Things sure have changed a lot at Sonic. Just not the food I remember.

I'm done with this sonic. 3 times in a row I've been and the experience was awful. Didn't have what we ordered and the car next to us had the same issue.
The food we did receive was mediocre at best. Soggy tots and greasy burgers.
And there's no need for Sonic to comment to contact corporate like you tell all your other negative reviews. The "contact us" on the website doesn't even work. If corporate actually cared, they'd be reading the reviews themselves.
