Staff was very rude. I ordered a refresher, then a tall (small) water add one scoop of strawberries. I saw the screen add the free water + .80 cents for the strawberries, then the guy deletes it and adds a specialty drink for $5.50. I asked what that was and they said for the water with strawberries and I questioned it and they were VERY RUDE. 2 separate people. No one apologized or even tried to explain why I was being charged almost $6 for a tiny cup of water with 4 slices of dehydrated strawberries. And the guy cut me off at the window when I asked about it and he demanded my payment. It was for my 5 year old child and we both left upset due to the service and ridiculous charge for water.
I will not be going back here. It's a shame friendly customer service and affordability has died in this country.

Every time I order from here it is never made with love.
The drink I pay for is $8.77…Chocolate foam is over a dollar, if I’m paying for that I should be able to see it and taste it like I do at every other Starbucks.
I tried for the 3rd time to come here and was disappointed, I just won’t come to this one again.

Slowest Starbucks ever! No matter when I stop at this Starbucks it's slow even if they are not busy. Waited 15 minutes for my drink yesterday afternoon and no one was inside. They didn't even make my drink right and the baristas had no sense of urgency. Hopefully management can improve this location.

Went through the drive-thru to get a coffee. Left a $5 tip the coffee was at best lukewarm I went inside and asked them to warm it up for me they told me they couldn't do that but they would give me another coffee, the two young ladies working acted like it was a big problem, and turned around and handed me coffee at the exact same temperature and with attitude said I hope that's better, well it was not, eight bucks later I get to go home and stick it in the microwave.
Any other time I've asked the barista to just steam it hotter for me, they do and it's perfect, but it was obviously too much trouble for these two employees.
Pretty crowded in that parking lot! It's crammed back in there by Aldi's so always hard to get in and out. But if you want Starbucks there's not one closer in that area. Great staff.

They gave my husband and me regular instead of decaf at 8:30 at night. I’m pregnant and never drink caffeine, so this affected me greatly :( I was awake until 5:30am, heart racing, and baby was moving CONSTANTLY. I got a total of 2.5 hours of sleep, and have had a horrible day, mostly due to my exhaustion… and I think the point of this review is merely to express the importance of getting the DECAF/CAF portion of the order correct.

Parking: Just amazing big parking area
Extremely long wait times and the staff doesn’t communicate with one another. I waited over 7 mins for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso while they only served drive thru and mobile orders. When I asked for a refund it seemed I was the issue but not me waiting for my drink going on 8 minutes.

Got my drink and it wasn’t even full, good two inches of space at the top. I was told today by a worker that they’re now required to not fill up the cups all the way (idk if it’s just this location or corporate). They’re now required to charge extra for extra filling at the top of the drink. If i’m paying $6 for a certain size drink you would think I would receive that size drink, dumbest thing i’ve ever heard. Starbucks is losing their mind these last few months ?

I wanted to write a quick review this morning. I went to the Starbucks in Sanford and I have been coming to this one for a while now. I love how sweet all the ladies are there. They have good positive vibes. Unfortunately, my coffee tasted a little off due to the coffee beans tasting burnt this morning. I was stressing for a coffee remake due to previous employee (s) from a different Starbuck(s) being so rude to me. When I asked for a remake, she was super sweet and down-to-earth. The second remake coffee still tasted like burnt coffee beans. She totally understood and was concerned that the coffee beans went bad if I recall correctly. Instead of arguing with me, she embraced my concerns. I wish a lot more Starbucks employees were like this. She asked if i would be okay with regular espresso. (I was okay with regular espresso) So, I got down and they made two separate coffees unexpectedly. The lady’s came up and made it again but instead with two coffees. One with the regular espresso blonde with a different machine they used and one with regular espresso. I really enjoyed their sweetness and their interaction with me and my hubby because now we were both able to enjoy a coffee! Only if they knew how there kindness has shined on us because we have been having a lot of down pour’s lately. Thank you, baristas ?
