Everyone goes to this Starbucks because it's the main one in town but the service can be good or alright depending on the day you go but more alright most of the time. That includes the service and coffee. The best one is Spring Lane. They are consistently friendly, quicker and the coffee is made right. If you can make the drive, go there instead. If not, I understand.

I just really want to say thank you to Deanna
When I got to the window I didn't have the payment I thought... so she's helped me split the payment which took some other time. And then the scanner wasn't working so she helped me know how to put the Stars on my account.
And if that wasn't enough, at 8:30 in the morning I had a question about roasts and I asked her and I felt so bad but she patiently answered and made me feel like my time was important.
She was so personable and so easy going and gave such focused attention. I absolutely would have understood if she would have been in more of a hurry or a little irritated but boy.... She really does have her presence with the person in front of her and I just thought that was really amazing during the morning when I wouldn't have even been offended if she blew me off a little bit to stay on track.
I just think that's really worth mentioning. ☺️❤️🌼
I feel like driving off from experiences even this small..... Is what makes a person think about your store when they want to stop next time. This one happens to be on my route enough but I pass two others before I even get to you most days. And I just love and appreciate customer service like this and I want to compliment it.

Entered to a mix of indie pop and Latin music. The atmosphere was fitting to expectations. As with most places, I wish the place had a little more color and life.
I've had starbucks coffee before, but never a frappuccino. I ordered a cookie frap, and a spinach, feta, egg wrap. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Price is reasonable considering there were 7 or 8 employees working, and all of them were constantly doing something. I was surprised that it only took a few minutes to recieve my order.
Relaxed atmosphere. Super fast service. Reasonable price. Smiling staff.

Love this location! All the Bristas are excellent 🙂 If something is wrong with your drink they will remake it without hesitation. Also I love the sayings and sometimes smiley faces on my cup☺️ It really says alot just by going the extra step to add that to my cup. You never know what someone is going though or what someone has been through and seeing that just gives me hope that there are still people in this world that actually thought about you today. Instead of giving someone a hard time, just stop and think about what you are going through they could be going through something alot worse. Thankful for this location because they value there customers 🙂 Hope this review brightens someone's day like they do mine and remember your not alone. Have a blessed day and remember to smile 🙂

Make sure to ask for LIGHT ICE!!! My husband and I each got a refresher, he took two sips and it was done. All there was left was ice filled to the top! I'm pissed!

Every time I come to this specific Starbucks, they ring up my drink as a grande instead of a Venti when I say Venti multiple times and then I get to the window and they’re like oh we’ll re-ring it in like why should i have to go through the process of waiting for a refund than having to remake it holding up all the cars behind me because of this error. The other Starbucks in Sanford gets 5 stars because they are always on top of their orders.
