Went in to this Starbucks to get our drinks and it was buy one get one placed my order and asked hey is it still but get one she said oh I think so I think it’s all weekend she said with the coupon it will be this price oki paid. I get the first drink it’s half full get the second drink it’s in the wrong size cup I’m still waiting on my other drinks the same girl who took my order asked me what am I waiting for my other 2 drinks she proceeds to tell me I didn’t let her know I wanted That to be a newer store the customer service Sucks this is why I drive to Cary and get my coffee they are Amazing every single time I go

Those kids back there working like slaves I watched as 2 people made 32 drinks before mine as fast as they could I think that's to much in 7 min. Of work so pay your people better cause there good to this company tip people tooDietary restrictions: Coconut milk taste better and not have on my stomach like oats milk to now you have it cool but a dollar more sometimes have to get fat free to much for a small

Went to the drive thru and it was my first visit to this store. Greeted by a friendly voice, who was very clear and polite and patient as we figured out what we wanted. It was nice to drive up to a smile welcoming us. The coffee was great, fancy too. What a pleasure to stop here. I will be back and look forward to it! Thank you, kind young man, for helping to make our day shine.

Very friendly and knowledgeable helpful staff. Loved talking to our pup and gave us his first pup cup. Even went thru a second time to order for others at home and they were still friendly and had a sense of urgency. Coffee is a little pricey for my taste but the wife " suggested" we go there lol. Thanks for a great experience.

I should've walked out when they didn't greet me at the door. Everyone's busy so I gave it a try.This place is NOT friendly at all. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional.They messed my order up and instead of fixing it immediately. They put me back in rotation with 10 other customers. NO!! You messed up the order fix it NOW. These kids need one of the managers from the Horner location to come train them how to firsr make drinks, treat customers and customer service.First and last time and NO recommendations for this location.Refund and left. ?

It's a very clean store with Friendly staff but my constructive criticism is this: #1 Staff should work on slowing down and completely following instructions on the mobile order--such as adding in the sweeteners. If I'm already having to wait 20 mins for a drink, it should be made the way I ordered it so I'm not disappointed and re-ordering (or writing a review about it). #2 Consistency-- The drinks hardly ever taste the same from day to day. I've been to this location over a dozen times and today was the kicker. I'll go to the store on Horner Blvd from now on.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and light ice my drink, taste like milk and sugar. No caramel was on the bottom of my cup or decides just one dab on the top with all this whipped cream. I was very disappointed.
Coffee and food were good as expected. Prefer this location instead of the other one in town because of space in dining area.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit. Even at busy times, the line moves quickly and the staff is always friendly. One suggestion is if an order cannot be taken right away at the window, greet the customer and tell them you’ll be with them in a moment. I have been here a couple times and sat at the speaker for a minute or more before someone said a single word.
