I came in around 12:30 on 1/2/26 and subs were delicious. They were busy but the line moved quickly..my first time at this subway but I would come back. The employees were killing it!!!

There is a new manager at this location. (She is amazing , kind and very knowledgeable). The store has turned completely around. It’s clean, fill with beautiful decorations. There has been a new staff hired, they are friendly and very fast. They are always full of product. The bread is the best in Sanford. The subs are amazing. I saw a 97 A on their health inspection. This is my to go to store from now on.

Tonight Ja(can’t spell her real name, it’s pretty but complicated lol) and Natalie were so nice and welcoming and truly a breath of fresh air as I had a bad experience with another girl a few weeks ago but I just want the manager to know these two girls that work on October 31 night shift were awesome!!! Depending on who is working, they shut down the line over an hour before close, will only take online orders and will refuse to take in store orders.

Let me add, I only came to Subway because Jersey Mike's closes earlier. When given any other option I'd prefer another sandwich purveyor. Not a good look to turn away what little business you get the few time we are forced to settle for your establishment.

My husband arrived at 9:35 , the sign said Open , Door was open ,but he said no longer making sandwiches ??? Why are you still Open then?

Last three times I've ordered basic toppings like lettuce. They never in formed me they were out this location sucks ass don't inform you when u. Do a mobile order they are out waiting till you get home to find out plus 1800 number doesn't work

I placed an online order and the whole meal was incorrect. I tried calling the local number, reaching out to the website, finding a corporate number to call. The food was inedible, and missing almost all the in the sandwich. The website was down and nobody answered the phone at the local site.

Went to this Subway location and attempted to order a sub. Was informed by the employee that they didn't have any bread left. While the employee was very apologetic it leads me to ask why would this location be open if there is no bread to build a 'Sub' at Subway. Kind of like going to Dairy Queen and not having ice cream (this has also happened to me😧) Maybe I will get lucky one day and they will have bread the next time.....

Disrespectful can't follow instructions , doesn't use what customers ask only what they want if they don't have what you ask your substituted without them asking what you want , multiple times

I am done with Subway. Not just this one, though this was the straw tgat broke the camels back. The order l placed was not available. It's hard to get a simple meatball sandwich if it's after 3pm! This seems to happen at many Subways in our area. Simple solution. ORDER MORE!!! They were out of not only meatballs, but also meats for a classic cold cut sub during this visit. That is like Dunkin Donuts running out of coffee. The "Sandwich Artist" did not know how to refund my money after l had waited far longer than my pre-ordered sub was supposed to be ready. l had to figure out something else l wanted to replace what l really wanted or walk away without compensation. I feel like l was forced to order SOMETHING just to get my money back, though l didn't want anything else. I have worked in retail and management for over 40 years. I used to love Subway but this decline seems to be the rule and no longer the exception. I will give my money to Jersey Mike's now. My time and money are too valuable to waste it on (Pun intended) Sub-par and Sub-quality food.

It's good it's just as fast as the population is growing in this town nobody isn't adjusting ,everywhere I go somebody is out of something. I stopped in today and they were out of bread and the other location was closed because they were out of something also

Apparently they don’t show the meats or the sandwiches being prepared. Soon the vegetables will not be available to see either. This seems weird to me. The only time you would hide something if there is something to hide. They couldn’t give me a direct answer as tii on why i couldn’t see the meat, so i declined to eat there. No thank you!!
