Small subway that almost always just has 1 person working. They often are not carrying items like peppers due to recall or some other reason. It had taken me quite a long time to get in and out before so plan accordingly. They make online orders and will get backed up since there is only 1 person working.
Subway used to be affordable but now it's a buy only if you have a coupon kind of place for us.

Today will make my last time, stopping at this location. I’m not sure if the owners know this location never has everything you need every time I stop by here. There’s always handwritten notes on the door of what they don’t have every single time I go here, so I always end up going to the other location Since this store is always out of either bread, lettuce, no tomatoes there’s no steak there’s no chicken ect., It’s always something. I’m sure this store can’t be making any money. I see why the parking lot is always empty at this location.The store owners need to do something about not having the adequate supplies to run this location.

With all the advertising about the nachos but no matter when or where you go in sanford none seem to want to make them and always have an excuse it's ridiculous and as bad as McDonald's with the ice cream machine

The app works about 40% of the time. Processing payment. Most locations are out of something or the other without fail. Trying to get a refund is impossible. There is never a manager in store. I have boycotted more than one location out of principle.

Spent 60 dollars on subs to find out that they are out of steak and can not issue a refund bc no manager is present! They then say they can make another kind of sub so I got meatball subs. None of th r bread was right every sub but 2 out of 6 was wrong 3 of the drinks we got were disgusting and they were out of tea!! This is the 2nd time at separate locations that subway has messed up my order bad I’m done with them!!

You call this a sub? Was terribly made. Barely had any meat and on top of that the app was not working to be able to get the BOGO deal. What a waste of money could have made my own sandwich for that price.

Refused to honor the Veterans Day free 6 inch sandwich for veterans. Very sad because the Sanford NC area Subway's are litterally the only ones in the Nation not honoring it. I got military friends all over the US who said their's participated. Thank you for MY service. Do better by your Veterans next time. I guess our sacrifices are not worth a 6 inch sub. I was told this was on the store owner, not the franchise. Trust me this is a huge military area and alot of us took note.

Went to get a pickup mobile order. Upon arriving was notified they were out of stock on the bread we chose and that they also didn’t have any cookies. Okay, fine. Choose another bread, and chips instead of a cookie. Cool. Got drinks, filled up at the fountain. The sprite bubbled out of the cup all over my hands and it wasn’t even close to being full, again okay cool. Go to the bathroom to wash my hands turn the water on the water sprays all over. Okay, cool… get home realize I left my straw in the car so I open the cup to drink from the cup and it’s a bunch of black stuff that came from the fountain in the drink, didn’t notice it when I was filling the cup because the bubbles started overflowing the cup. Not the best experience . General upkeep seems to be downhill. Fountains are not cleaned every closing shift and mold has built up inside. If you will not clean the fountains I can only imagine what else isn’t getting cleaned that we aren’t seeing.

The Subway at 1813 Horner Blvd is my favorite! Never had a bad experience or poor service.(However, I cannot say the same for the Subway in Walmart) This Subway will not disappoint. I went in to grab a sub for supper and the employee was in there doing everything by herself. She was baking bread, making subs and ringing everyone up too. Her help was late, there was a line to the door and although you could tell the situation was stressful she conducted herself in a very professional manner, remained calm, kept a pleasant disposition and I left with one of the best subs I've ever had! I can't remember her name but she definitely deserves a raise!❤️
