That girl was awful...the customer in front of me kept glancing at me....she was talking to him and me at the same time...she ignored our questions...she was snappy and rude...she seemed angry.... subway, what if people like her keep business away?... I will start going to Jersey Mike's.

Food that needed to coved was not,food that was there was dry or low,the lady making sandwich,was RUDE,slaming the oven door,not speaking to the people,slaming food onto sandwich,as if shes mad.

I went to get a sub the lady was in the back was out front waiting for almost 10 minutes went to the door and said Hello she slammed the door and came out the other side with a ATTITUDE FROM HELL, she wanted to bypass me and wait on the next person. If that isn’t rude I truly don’t know what rude is. Then you have people that wanna work and you got that working with public. Terrible service attitude
The employee that works in this subway in Walmart in Sanford, is the absolute worst. She doesn’t greet you even after I spoke to her. She always has an attitude. This is my second visit and the first time I chopped it up to she’s having a bad morning. But to come back and receive the same poor non service is ridiculous. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. It was 8:05am, and I was waiting for her as she was still opening, even though it’s supposed to open and ready to serve the customers at 8am. She acts as if someone is forcing her to work there. Mistreating a paying customer because you don’t want to be there, is poor taste. We are literally just trying to get food. And I’m the most jolly person there is 😂. I hate that I can’t even get something simple like good customer service. You would think I was asking for a kidney. 🤦🏾♀️

I got the complete wrong order and I don’t have a ride or anything I didn’t get my drinks and everytime I call subway they send it right to voicemail or picks it up and hangs up.

subway here in walmart has the worst employee working there. poor attitude, no respect for customers just coming trying to buy something to eat.. she act like we bothering her... subway need to fire her..
I am not going to a subway again...went to the one in Pittsboro and they wouldn't use my coupon that was not expired and supposedly it wouldn't take it. Went to the one in Sanford Walmart tonight....same...instead of $17 it was $28 because supposedly their system wouldn't take it. Excuse me! I am extremely tight on money and trying to do something nice for my dad for his birthday. Luckily I had enough...he was like it's not the coupon...our system just won't accept it. Absolutely ridiculous. Why send coupons in the mail if you're not going to let people use them?? Never again?

6/7/23 1130am-1200pm stopped in for a bite and was not disappointed. Food great and fresh tasted delicious. The female employee (cant remember her name) that was at the store alone was very professional as well she knows her job in and out. Definitely a better subway than the one in tramway in both food and service

Evidently they can't or don't allow customers to get an icee that is mixed with coke and cherry. No explanation other than "we don't.". Only place that has ever said that.

Stop by the subway last week the customer in front of me ordered a kids meal so I decide to order the same thing. The young lady Shay and I will get it for you this time but I can’t do this again ??♀️Today I’m sitting in front of the subway on a bench provided by Wal-Mart the same young Shay lady walks up behind me up and says get up I need to open the gate.Where are manners for these young people instead of saying excuse me ma’am if you would move for a minute I need to open the gate to start start my business I will never do business in this subway again
Terrible. Way too over priced and they don’t give you any meat whatsoever. Terrible experience every time I go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Waste of money!!!!!
When I came in a had to wait a few mins for someone to start working, I was interrupted multiple times. Their attitude implied I was wasting there time making them do their job. Employee just stopped making my sub near the end and had to wait even longer for another employee to continue making it and she gave my attitude for asking for something she had to refill.
