Service was drug out & slooow. I decided to just get some cookies & a new ft long pretzel. Cookies were perfect, pretzel was still hot, & unfortunately, hard. Outside seating was filthy & unappealing to sit. Unless the folks there show some more happiness, appropriately prepare the pretzels, & tidy up the outside patio are, I will most likely not be returning.
TIARA WAS BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET and it was very clean and maybe I was just hungry but that sandwich was CHEFS KISS! Give my girl a raise

Came in 30 mins before closing and guy working left his pink headphones in and had an attitude. Everything I said he grumbled for me repeat myself 100 times over mockingly. I even tried to win him over apologizing for coming in late and thanked him, but never even acknowledged the gesture. All the toppings and breads were put away and the display case was empty at 9:30pm and he acted pissed going back to the rack to retrieve 3 toppings...
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't bring my kids or anyone back here.

The Monster and the Boss is good for all those meat lovers out there I even get extra meat trust me you won't be disappointed. Perfect for parents who don't feel like cooking after a long day depending on the child you may have half a sandwich for the kids to eat for lunch the next day, such a time saver.

This place messed up my order and didn't offer to fix it. I'm very disappointed. I paid for 3 footlongs and I got home to find out I only had 2 footlongs in the bag.

There is an employee that works at this location who may be the slowest sandwich maker of all time. I can’t get too mad at him because the sandwiches are good and he’s very friendly, but good Lord. I thought I was going to have to start having my mail delivered here. And it’s not like he’s new. We came here several months ago and he has not improved. It’s tough too when he’s the only one working here. Someone train this man or get him some help!
