I always dread going to this subway, but it’s close by where I live. I have noticed they have upgraded and makes it look better cleaned up than the last time I came in here. The biggest problem is there is always only one person working and the employees always look in bad health. It takes for ever to get our food. And the employee always looks give out. Anytime I come in here there’s always people who have been waiting awhile. Also the flys are bad over the food. It’s bad when you see the employee constantly trying to shoe the flys away while making peoples food. So subway please schedule your employees with two people working on your busy days and keep it cleaned at all times.

The bread was old and so STALE they should be paying the customers to even eat this garbage. Lazy employees don't even make anything fresh it all looks like it belongs in the trash. I'm so mad I even wasted my money here never again absolutely disgusting and subway and the employees don't care at all about their customers or customer service anymore. I feel like I just got robbed. Straight trash
It was an okay experience. Me and my mother when and got our subs but they didn’t have any jalapeños or hot sauce so my mother was a bit ticked off about that. Don’t forget to mention that they added way too much pepper to my sub, which made it almost inedible. I wouldn’t recommend this place if your hungry. There’s plenty more subways out there but at least they’re trying.

My son went to get me lunch at this subway. Someone who I'm sure they lied and said their name was Pam and Julie told my son they were eating and couldn't help him until they were done eating. So I called asked for their management phone number and she told me to look it up and when u asked why they couldn't make a sub she hung up on me. The rudeness of this place. I will make sure to tell everyone not to come here!

Always slow. Always rude. One person is always working and they don’t want to be there. I stood in line for a while and no one was there. When I asked the girl in the back if she or anyone was working, she said no. She finally came out and started making sandwiches. I just bought something else in the gas station.
Says they open at 8 and was just turned away saying they aren't open yet. There was a line of us turned away
I never been to the store before and I was in the area and ask for the chicken salad wrap that's new. African-American lady wouldn't stop talking to the lady that was trying to help me and then they went into a discussion how they don't even have the wrap after listening to them for a few minutes I just walked away!! What in the world ? shouldn't you be talking to the customer and talking about problems amongst yourselves later ?
Store says it opens at 8 and it's 845 have multiple people who want food and are turned away saying they aren't ready when you can even find the person working

If I could give this subway a zero I would. My husband was in line today 12/2/23 at 12:30 and the lady she told me her name was “Janet.” Told my husband our online order hasn’t been made yet and we put in 30 mins prior. She made us wait another hour just to give us a refund because she wouldn’t refund me till she took care of the people BEHIND us in line. Just rude. Never coming here again. There was no need for her to be rude to us like that. And all because her family was in line to see her SMH.

Ordered a large meatball sub with extra meatballs. I received regular meatballs. No extra, wrong cheese was put on.

Understaffed and the employees they do have are lazy. Came in to get 5 subs total for the family for a quick meal and 3 of us were present to order. The worker said she couldn't make 5 subs. Turned around and drove to the one on 87 and the one person that was making subs there had no issue with making 5 subs for us. I can't never goes over good with me, when your getting paid to make subs rather 2 or 20 you signed up to make subs! If you got a family of 5 or more I advise not to go to the one on 27.
Very sweet woman working this evening. Made my online order exactly like my kids requested (they are picky)To future customers: Just like everywhere else, they are probably understaffed and busy on Fri nights. Be patient with the ones that show up and are making your dinner. P&ty (:
