I'm not sure how to spell his name, but the guy who made my sandwich, Shaun or Shawn, has literally the best customer service i've received at any subway. I walked in there and immediately he asked how I was doing and was very courteous. I kept apologizing for having him add more and more ingredients, but he had a great attitude about it all- even telling me not to apologize. He created such a great atmosphere. The sandwich was decent, but his customer service was great.
Went to get dinner for the family! Great customer service, a lot better than the other subway going into Spring lake. Ethan was the young man who took the order and made the sandwiches. He was respectful, patient, and ensured that the sandwiches were made to our liking. Awesome Job!
