Make sure you check your receipt. They force you to “donate” with their round up and won’t take it off. May just be a few cents but bottom line, it’s theft.

It's Taco Bell, so not much to say about the food. You know what to expect. The lady working the window though! So kind & friendly. Very Rare anywhere you go! Appreciated

Today I visited taco bell fir the first time in 6 years. I was greeted by the best service cashiers in Sanford based on my experiences. The driver thru server made sure I was good eventhough I was not in her area. I had a minor issue that the manager followed me out of the door into the parking lot to make sure I was good. I had the door opened for me twice, once by the manager and again by another employee that was outside. Even the server I had the minor issue with was polite so I hope he didn't get into trouble. My point is that this was a pleasant environment and either the managing is impeccable or this group is just really good people. I will definitely be visiting here more frequently. Thank you taco bell staff for making my visit a great one.

Absolute dawgs had our food out in like, 5 seconds. Its still taco bell and will make you crap your pants but its good
This specific store only has kiosk on inside so you have to wait on yourself. I personally hate it and do not like it. With that being said, every time I visit this store they get order wrong. Little to no meat on belle grande and I usually have to ask for more steak.

I don't like ordering food through the kiosk. It takes the personal touch away from visiting a restaurant. Bring back the smiling faces called cashiers.

I was so hungry i ordered a #6 and when I got home only the taco was in the bag. What happened to my two chalupas? Wth?

I was pleased to find the restroom mostly clean and well stocked. I ordered from the kiosk and was able to use the code from the app to sign in. That made ordering easier. My food was prepared well, except that my Mexican Pizza wasn't cut all the way through, and the cuts were off center, which made eating it very messy. The soft taco supremes were properly portioned and delicious. So was my value menu burrito. I was disappointed they were out of both Pepsi Zero Sugar and Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar. I had to settle for Diet Mountain Dew, which is a distant third choice for me.

Excellent customer service came from only one person. She tried her best to accommodate my mother and myself when we experienced a burnt chemical taste on our Mexican pizza tortillas. She asked staff preparing the food to make us the burrito supremes to replace our previous order. The cook rolled his eyes, and I stood to walk out until the lady taking care of us assured we’d be okay. We sat and waited-just to experience the same burnt taste! AND the cook super skimped on the fillings! So mostly just a huge tortilla with hard edges and not much inside!🤣 We threw all of the food in their trash containers only because my mom wouldn’t allow me to leave that TRASH out on the table for the nice lady to have to clean up!!!! An entire hour later, I still have that disgusting taste on my tongue. Heading home to make a ham sandwich! Should have just went to CookOut!

Ordered at 12:04 on the app, confirmed my order and was handed a receipt at 12:12 in store. Did not receive my food until 12:32. Probably wouldn’t have received it unless a team member asked me what my name was as at 12:28 and made it himself. No one else was in line.
