My daughter ordered a bowl and she got no rice on her bowl, I went to tell the staff their, she kindly gave me some rude and said they were low in rice. no utensils to eat her bowl so I went to the counter to ask for some and the lady said they were out of utensils no spoons or forks and apologized.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra of the jalapeno cream sauce, THEN she tells me their out of that sauce, if I wouldn't have asked for extra she wouldn't have even mentioned they were out, which is something people need to know when they order that item. Then, I asked for a side of nacho cheese and it came upside down with the lid not fastened, so when I picked it up it got all over EVERYTHING. Not to mention, after I drove off I realized she didn't give me my drink, so I had to turn around and go back to get my drink. I usually don't have too much of a problem here but today I got very annoyed!!!

Today I visited taco bell fir the first time in 6 years. I was greeted by the best service cashiers in Sanford based on my experiences. The driver thru server made sure I was good eventhough I was not in her area. I had a minor issue that the manager followed me out of the door into the parking lot to make sure I was good. I had the door opened for me twice, once by the manager and again by another employee that was outside. Even the server I had the minor issue with was polite so I hope he didn't get into trouble. My point is that this was a pleasant environment and either the managing is impeccable or this group is just really good people. I will definitely be visiting here more frequently. Thank you taco bell staff for making my visit a great one.
