Very poor customer service, this was our first time here and definitely will be our last ,we never received any food due to lack of communication manager had attitude when asked about the issue so we ended up walking out ,not a professional way to run a bussiness

Steak and chicken combo. Food is hot and fresh. Shrimp sauce is definitely house made and delicious. I definitely will return. I would recommend that they dry-brine their steak and chicken in the morning so the flavor is more impactful. They definitely season on the flat top-leads for a seasoned exterior but bland interior. After eating it, it feels like it could be easily corrected by seasoning a few hours before.

There was a young girl that took my order this evening. I asked if I could have noodles instead of rice. She mumbled “we could” and shrugged, never making eye contact. Asked if they had egg rolls…again, mumbled: “we have them”. “Cool, can I have an order of those, as well?” “Yeah, is that all?”

I get she lacks experience, but come on. “Is that all? Vs What else would you like?” It makes a difference. That being said, I’ll definitely be back. Would just suggest some training on the front-end. She was the only wait staff I spoke with, so this isn’t a judgement of the restaurant overall. This is why I gave 4 stars overall.

Came here with my wife and two daughters last night. My daughter Ellie’s eagle eyes helped her spot a medium-large rat under a chair across the dining area. My wife promptly asked for a manager to point out the rat discreetly. A man, who I assume to be the manager, thanked her, gathered the rat, and went to the kitchen (I assumed to throw it away stealthily).

To our dismay, that same rat was in my eldest daughter’s veggie plate. The food was great otherwise.

My noddle were made out spaghetti with little to no flavor also have the dumplings which were dry, like they had been put in a deep fryer, my mother got the chicken hibachi, the chicken was dry and tasteless, carrots were over cooked.

When I went in to pick up the food. I did look around the store, a store 4.5 star rating, there was one one table that had people dinning in.

I drive by this restaurant on a weekly based. I never see the parking lot with more the 1 or 2 cars.

I learn of this restaurant from a YouTube ad stating that this was going to be a good choose for good food. I was wrong.

While After reading the different responses from the owner , some were good and some were a out aright slap in the face of the customer. When a customer give you feed back and or complain, you to respond in a way that you can retain them as a customer.

All in all I don't think I'll be eating here again.
