I love the staff and the manager Atul! Last week I had placed a to go order on the 4th, got there right on the dot when a member closed the door as she should it was 6pm. She didn't notice me so I go back into my car which stalled.. But Atul contacted me and I wasn't worried about the refund I let him know if it's okay, I can come on my lunch route if they can make the order for me again at no charge. Which he let his staff know and they were so nice and polite! And they threw in a free cookie! Mr. Atul your staff definitely deserve a raise! I appreciate it!

Clueless staff. I went in to get a plant based wrap but the 2 young ladies at the counter had no idea what brand of plant based meat they had and had no idea where at in the restaurant it was. It was my first and last visit. I did not buy anything and never will. You need to hire responsible folks, not a clueless generation of disappointments.

They should get bubble lids instead of flat lids.I go get an Açai bowl every other day. Because they have flat top lids the peanut butter is always in the lid. So I requested to get the peanut butter in the middle or no lid. They usually just chose to give it to me with no lid. I went today and the manager made a huge deal saying it was a safety hazard to pass it to me with no lid, but wouldn’t explain how. Attitude sucked.

For the most part, a really great place. Food is good, usually doesn't take too long. Just wanted to mention to be careful to check your food for plastic. Found this in my food today, which has never happened, so hopefully it's an isolated event. A little disappointed in their reaction, though. I brought it to the employee to show her (not to complain or get a replacement, but just to make sure they were aware, so they could make sure to be more careful), I was surprised that they didn't apologize, just said, "ok"..... ?♀️
The food is amazing. Not to mention the smoothies are delish. My fave place to eat and just hang out

I would give them 5 stars but ordering delivery in their app is a major problem. Doordash charges twice the amount for the food, dash pass or not. The food is excellent but when I called about the delivery option on the app, no one could help me.
