Food was EXCELLENT!!!! Best pizza I've had outside NYC. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very relaxing, family atmosphere. Great for a family or a first date.

I would not recommend this establishment. Upon receiving my small house salad with ranch dressing, I found the dressing to be insufficient, resulting in an excessively dry salad. Our assigned waitress was inattentive and failed to return to our table, prompting my friend to refill her own water glass. I subsequently approached another waitress to request additional ranch dressing. Furthermore, the fried chicken I ordered as a side dish was unfortunately dry and of subpar quality. When preparing to settle the bill, the waitress finally reappeared, inquired if we required anything further, and presented us with the check. This was my first and last visit. It was unclear what the issue was with our waitress, but another staff member had to intervene. The food preparation necessitates improvement. I was disappointed, and my meal was not worth over $20.00 including tip for a small house salad and a small piece of chicken.

Best pizza by far I found in NC and I’ve tried a lot of them, rivals pizza from NYC. Beautiful decor inside and outside, very clean and great service. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu

The food is good, not great. Everything is very salty but it's not bad. Main issue is I watched a waitress drop several takeout containers on the floor and just put them right back on the server shelf. That's gross and they should've been thrown away...

I have never had Italian food that was flavorless. My wife got butter garlic noodles - they put tons of raw garlic in it. I got spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce had no flavor, barely tasted of watered down tomato. The meatballs were disgusting. Tasted like they were boiled plain - no spices or seasoning. There was no seasoning in my meal. Not even salt. We also ordered the so-called homemade Tiramisu - what a disappointment. It tasted of just cream. Nothing else. No coffee. No chocolate. The ladyfingers were not even soaked in coffee. This meal cost almost $50. Not worth it at all. We will never go back. I've never experienced an entire meal that was not seasoned and just completely bland. All of the good things I've heard about Valentis - massive disappointment. Better off driving to Raleigh for Italian food.
