Left my debit card by accident. Realized a bit later and immediately locked my card at 3:08. I called Wendy's and they confirmed they did have it and required ID which i supplied and picked up around 3:20. At 3:13, a transaction was declined on that specific card for Cash App, which I do not use. I called to speak to the manager to let them know. The male manager stayed on the phone to listen and speak for about a minute before muting the call and I then hung up. I proceeded to call back multiple times through out and the phone line was busy or immediately picked up and hung up. No call back.

Why this place called fast food? Maybe it’s ok for drive through customers, but I had to wait for 25 minutes to pick up my order.
Update: next was better, no wait to a little wait, which was much better than day before.

Today was my last time at this location. For the last 2 mobile orders I had, I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. If you're going to be drive thru only, at least do it well.

This stóre is terrible I had ordered here just legt from the store all the lights at 9:00pm where out I asked the workers are they closed she said yes there closed but site said they closed at am the lobby is always closed very sad

Went at 2 pm Dining room closed lack of staff I guess.No sign on door.A guy opened door and let us in and manager was rude and yelled closed like we knew.I see why they have 3.2 rating

Placed an order and was missing items then they tell me after I came back that they didn’t give me my some of my food because they already threw the potatoes out. You guys close at 1 in the morning how are you throwing away potatoes at 11 at night. Drive thru window was open and they were loud and just didn’t care.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9pm and they said they were only doing DoorDash orders. The inside was closed, which is fair because it was dark but what sense would it make for me to have to use the DoorDash app to place my order and STILL have to go through the drive thru to pick it up when they could just….take my order directly in the drive thru??? Terrible management for allowing this. Just close the store and let those people go home if nobody’s gonna work.

This location is beyond busy! Employees are understaffed for the workload here and cash registers aren't working making service slow and stressful beyond their pay rate to keep employees and angry customers making the staff upset.

LAZY. This is my bacon cheese potato. As you can see it’s sloppy and they just threw slices on bacon on top not even caring to chop it up or care about the presentation. Also I didn’t get my TWO jr bacons I paid for.
Not my first bad experience. Disappointing. Won’t be giving it another chance.
