We love the Big Bacon Classic Combo and it's no longer big nor fresh no matter the Wendy's. What makes food and rating it as the best is the customer service like a lot of fast food favorites customer service is lacking to no fault of the fast food industry. Today's experience was not the best but hoping for better service next time.

Maybe just close it down not like the employees are doing anything after 8pm. Been here multiple times and told they will only take mobile or door dash orders at this time. No other Wendy's I go to did this.

Mia was super pleasant. Had to ask for fresh fries and she complied without any fuss. Burger was spot on. Very clean inside

First of all, I had to wait 5 to 7 minutes for each car to order with 4 cars in front of me bc they told everyone to hold even though there were no cars in front of them. Once I finally ordered and went to get my food, my burger had pickles on it which I asked for none, my big BACON classic had no bacon in it AND no lettuce, which I still wanted, and I asked for onion on the side and I get 1 piece of onion the side of a quarter in a cup. Also, the picture of the burger I ordered on the menu at the restaurant AND on their app already has 2 pieces of cheese on it BUT they only serve it with 1. Don't put something in the picture if it doesn't come with it. And have sandwich makers that know what comes on all the burgers and can READ. This was the most ridiculous experience I've had here just trying to get 1 burger, very unacceptable. We need management period or better management in this establishment location.

Only reason I gave 1 star is that’s as low as it goes. This store is horrible I guess I’m going to have to start driving to lillington there is as much difference between lillington and Sanford as night and day and the dinning. Room is open

Penny is probably one of the rudest/nastiest employees that I have ever encountered. Everytime I go and she is working, my order is messed up. When I say something nicely to her, she argues and gets an attitude. I recognized her from Zaxbys in which she was being absolutely nasty to the nice manager there IN UNIFORM. Disgusting behavior for a grown woman.

Terrible service. Wouldn't even look at me during the order, show me cup sizes, or answer questions. Place smelled of weed and they seemed more intent socializing then working. Will not return.
