First time eating at this location and second time ever eating at a Wing Stop restaurant. The wings were hot and crispy! Ordered as a walk in and didn’t have a long wait time. The customer service was great and the staff seemed very friendly! Will definitely go back.

I placed an order online for pick up. Two of the items were wrong (Bone in vs boneless wings) then we had to still wait 25 mins beyond the scheduled pick up time. We live very far away and after we got home and called to inform them of the mistakes, they only offered a small discount if I buy there a next time. There won't be a next time. $57.00 for carry out food for 3 people is not cheap and then if 2/3 of the order is incorrect plus late for pick up is bad. There are other options for chicken wings, especially considering the bad service.

Haven't taken the time to review anything in awhile, but I've been here several times and never had an experience that reflects their current rating.
Orders have been accurate every time. I got traditional wings tonight for the first time in awhile and they were some if the best I've had, especially from a chain. Staff has always been friendly / on point every time I went in as well.

Giving it a 5 because I have hope. The food is good but subpar, I can agree with people on the fries. They got good deals when you want something different and I never had issues eating it afterwards. The location itself is not a mess but it will look busy, I honestly think it’s people waiting for their food to go because they have no wait staff. Like others said having only 3 people is not enough.. they need to think about hiring wait staff to make it seem more like a cool bar/eatery. So imo they should work the atmosphere. That being said I only ever done take out and my food was ready on time or I had to wait a few minutes but no big deal. Hope the manager can do some tweaking to their business because having different food options in Sanford would be great.

We are brand new to Wingstop, but saw an ad and decided to try it out. The only photos I could find online for indoor dining showed a couple of tables, so I expected we would have to eat in our car or just take it to go and eat at home. When we arrived I was shocked at how large the dinning area actually is. There is probably around 20 tables, seating from 2-6 guests each. There was only one person dinning in and 2 people waiting on food, I'm assuming for to go. The place is very clean and the employee who took our order was very kind and and patient as we had no idea what to order or how the portions are. There isn't a kids menu but you can order a 6 piece of boneless wings, which is what we did. We all had a meal, which included a drink and an order of fries. The amount of fries you receive in one order is huge! My children and I could have just split just 1, next time we will. The garlic butter tenders are absolutely to die for, plus the tenders are very big. My husband did order a bbq chicken sandwich by itself for around $5 and was very much worth the price. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for food, but they were pushing out a ton of to go orders while we waited, so I'm assuming most of their business is for pickup/delivery. The bathrooms were clean and it definitely had a full dispenser of soap (I saw a review saying there was no soap in a bathroom so wanted to share that wasn't an issue for us). I will definitely be returning!
The only weird thing about the place was there are zero trash cans anywhere in the dining area, so there was a mess at the drink station because of people dropped/split anything, there was no where to put the trash from it.
So overall - clean bathrooms - very large dining area - food was amazing - food portions are great - employees are very patient and kind - $12+/- per meal and it's worth it - definitely could use a trash can in the dining area

Wow! The food tonight was amazing and fresh! I’ve been to many Wingstop locations, but I’ve never had Wingstop like tonight. I ordered a variety of flavors and each batch was sauced to perfection. The sauces even tasted very good unlike other locations. I saw two young ladies working tonight. And they were very busy, but please thank them!
