Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Store is extremely clean! Staff are polite! Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it for that fresh & hot meal. Makes dinners convenient and is my preferred spot out of the usual haunts. That and the fries - hot with extra seasoning <3

Every time I go in there the food is so on point I love it, and my food has never been messed up. The cashiers are so nice, I’ve never had a cashier be rude to me. Even when I called in my order no one has ever been rude to me. I love it here, I wish every fast food place was like this one.

The Zaxby’s in Sanford has the nicest staff possible. They immediately greeted me as I walked in, the cashiers and managers were very friendly and welcoming. The Cobb salad is always spot on when I order it and it only took a few minutes to receive my food. Will definitely be back again!

This location is beyond terrible. They couldn't get an online order ready by the designated time, even though I arrived early and waited. I could have ordered in the Drive Thru and been gone in minutes, instead of waiting on my online order for 15minutes. When I called to request a refund, the rude manager on duty also tried to argue about them failing to have my order ready. She tried stating the time my order was to be ready, which had already passed. Perhaps the manager should use some of her attitude to properly train and manage her crew so they can perform better.

Arrived at the store to pick up a Door Dash order. Waited in an unnecessary long line. When it was my turn to pick up the order that was sitting on the counter the entire time, I was told: “I didn’t have time to make the drinks yet.” The employee continued taking orders after me, never filling the drinks. Eventually my order was ready.
Door Dash customers: DON’T order from this Zaxby’s, or your food may be cold.
Zaxby’s management: re-train your staff in customer service.

Food was awful. I ordered chicken wings and they were so over cooked I could only eat 2 of them. One was so over cooked it was black. However the garden salad was great. Hard to mess that up. Texas toast was a piece of bread with melted butter on it. Not toasted at all. Haven't been here in a while. Now I remember why I stopped going here.
