Best Brisket ever! After a week of staying in the area on our last day we were able to get in. Amazing food! Brisket was cooked to perfection. The chips, sweet potatoes, collards, grits and Mac n cheese were the best compliments. Husband had Turkey and Ribs and again was spot on. Do yourself a favor and eat here but go early because they do sell out.

I don't like dyr meat, nor spicy sides. Come out with more sides, like mac & cheese. Was out of salads. Kyle won BBQ brawl for a reason. I want too meet him. Anyway, I will be back.

I have had BBQ all over the United States, like everyone else, and this is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. From the scratch made sauces to the beef cheeks and everything in between, every bite was outstanding. I highly recommend the egg rolls, spare ribs, collard greens, dry rubbed wings, beef cheeks, mac and cheese, pork rinds, and pork belly bites. I would recommend even more, but that is all we ordered. I will absolutely be back to try all of that again and more, and I would gladly go out of my way for it. I do not leave reviews often, but I felt compelled to do so for this restaurant. Whoever the chef is, keep it up, because the people are happy. Thank you, Blue Hound BBQ.

Our first time at Blue Hound and Wowza!!! The brisket brought me back to my very first brisket experience at a Cowboys game tailgate party in Texas and I was hooked! Really hard to find anything that ever compared to that first time… till yesterday. Absolutely amazing in every way!! And those pork belly bites!!! I could have just sat and ate 10 orders of those. Reheated some stuff in the air fryer today and still great. We will be back!!
