It's now called " BASS" it's no longer "THE FREEZE". I only bought 2 apple crisps,they were too sweet for me. My husband loved it. I've heard that the chicken was "THE" best around,better than some of these big chain restaurants. I will be checking for it!!!! Prepare for long lines.

Today I went to the Freeze for the second time under the proprietorship of the Parker's. The customer service was very good in both visits. The slow cooked Turkey BBQ sandwich is a hit. I've to say that the Pizza Burger falls below the standard that was set by the original owners of the Freeze.

Stopped in around noon on a Saturday. We were told they had unsweetened tea but, no sweet tea. They also had no chicken tenders and our order was not correct after receiving it. Order was sent back and was still incorrect. By this point we were so frustrated items left off the order were told to be forgotten as they seemed to be floating in space somewhere along with the minds of the workers. Very disappointing and the fried chicken was nothing to write home about as it was dry and very chewy. My family will not be returning!
It's hard to live up to the expectations that the "Original" Freez owners have etched into the minds of the locals but I have to say that the current owners are doing a great job. Food is good and we still get the same Freez experience. They even added a few new things. Change never hurt anybody.. ?... If they continue this level of service, they will definitely do nothing less than succeed.
