Such a nice surprise to find this gem. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding.
Best cannoli I have ever had (in the US)! We stumbled upon this little restaurant on our way back from a work trip. I was so pleased to find authentic Italian food in Scotland Neck of all places. Owner is Sicilian and we had a nice chat about Sicily. Great food and service.
Baccala a Sfincione alla Siciliana “Cod”! It was amazing! The cod was so fresh and the flavor mixed with the olives was excellent!

Based on reviews, La Casetta | Italian Restaurant & Bar serves delicious food, including the best Italian food and best pizza in North Carolina. The garlic bread was phenomenal, and the Alfredo with Italian sausage was very good with great portions. The staff is friendly, professional, and effective. Server Peggy provided outstanding, attentive service for large groups. The only downside was the bartender getting snappy, and the virgin Pina colada was very bitter. The restaurant has a new beautiful bar with an amazing bar selection for a fun evening.
