Thought I’d give them a second chance after coming here last time and everything being soggy and tasting like grease! Please don’t waste your time or your money going here! They need to shut this location down! Can’t get nobody to answer the phone after 5 times trying! Went through to get a mash potatoe bowl, i was told to pull up because the chicken was still cooking! No problem, that means I get fresh hot chicken! Just to get home and see that they put only 3 of the smallest ones they could find on there and they just about burnt and hard! They are worse than McDonald’s at this point! And that’s saying a lot! If corporate sees this, y’all really need to shut this location down!!!

Excellent location with many employees that really care about quality and service. Fried chicken original recipe is to perfection at this location and beats all others! I highly recommend and regularly enjoy many of the menu items with very little to no wait.

The service is piss poor. The guy who took my order, did not give me all of my change. NP. BUT, the mgr. First ignored me, then with Plenty OF ATTITUDE. SLAMMED MY $ ON THE COUNTER. RUDE!!!

They had no milk. They had no bottled water.They were out of regular fried chicken (subbed extra crispy).Staff was belligerent when I dared ask to substitute a biscuit for the missing milk in a kids meal. "No, we can't do that!" Who feeds sugar syrup drink to children? That or tap water. Ew!I never eat this stuff and was desperate on the road, trying to make a quick dinner stop. I'd forgotten to check if they have MSG in their food but a Google search said it was in the chicken, gravy, green beans... I stopped eating and had a panic attack for the next two hours!

Food was fresh and hot! And most importantly the customer service was outstanding! I used the drive-thru and the cashier was named Miriam! She was the most polite person I have encountered in a long time. She is a great face for this business! I sure hope to be served by her when I visit this location in the future! Thanks Miriam for providing such great service at a time when great customer service skills seems amiss!
