Food was fresh and hot! And most importantly the customer service was outstanding! I used the drive-thru and the cashier was named Miriam! She was the most polite person I have encountered in a long time. She is a great face for this business! I sure hope to be served by her when I visit this location in the future! Thanks Miriam for providing such great service at a time when great customer service skills seems amiss!
I ordered the $30 Fill Up meal with a few extras online at 4:20, with a pickup time of 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told I needed to wait because it was still being prepared. The lobby floor was super sticky and my shoes tried to stick with every step. Most of the employees were just milling around, I greeted them and was ignored.
