We were going to order from this at the Old North State Food Hall, but the kid working there never acknowledged us. We didn’t get a “I’ll be with you in a moment”, a “may I help you”, or anything. I don’t even think he looked up at us. Hence, we ended up at one of the other establishments in the food hall instead. I was actually looking forward to giving Luna a try. We lived in Naples, Italy for 10 years, so we know Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, I probably wont give this location another try. I’ve heard good things about the one in Greenville from family, but I don’t think I’ll go there either. Honestly, I’m tempted to call my old schoolmates in the Camorra and have them put these guys outta business. On the real, do a better job of vetting and MONITORING your young employees. If we weren’t the dignified people we are, we could all have been on some viral video.

It was a very empty evening , I asked for a cheese pizza with pepperoni and sausage with hot honey to go . They said they didnt have hot honey , okay fine. Well once ready my buzzer went off and they served it on a dine in pan , with bacon and pepperoni (not what I asked for) . I did not feel like waiting so I took what they gave me but as slow as it was I do not know how the employee failed at two simple directions. It was my first and last experience.

Nice to know there’s a food hall nearby! I tried the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Hm, I liked the dough. Overall, I think because I’m used to the saltiness, the savory and the slightly greasy and gooey taste of pizza, I wasn’t a fan of this one. I’m not saying it was terrible. The sauce was tart, and there was too much of the arugula. It’s like a healthy version of a typical pizza. The staff were very friendly.

Man, this pizza is delicious. If you want authentic NY style pizza, this is the place to come. I shared the arugula and prosciutto pizza with my wife and it tasted incredibly fresh. The sauce was the perfect level of tangy and sweet, the dough was cooked to perfection, and the toppings I could tell were not frozen. 10/10, would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

This was honestly probably the worst pizza we had. We ate it because it's $16 for a pie. But most of the pizza is just sauce?? Where is the cheese for the cheese pizza? Horrible. Don't recommend

Wow!!! I LOVE this Pizza!!! Gluten Free crust was so good. The sauce was unique & probably the best sauce I’ve ever had on a pizza. I highly recommend their pizza & meatballs! Great atmosphere. The customer service Connor provided was especially fantastic too!

Wilson at the old north state food hall location was awesome. The pizza I had was a bacon jalapeño 16’ pie. It was delicious. I’m a motor coach bus driver and I was greeted at the front door and was told I could eat for free which was a plus. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb. Thanks Wilson! 😊

2 people working 12/7/24 @ 7:50pm and stood there for 15 mins looking stupid. White girl with hat on and ear pads in saw us and kept washing dishes. Young black male dropped off pizza dishes and didn't say anything to us or the other girl that there were customers waiting.. Never had a chance to taste the pizza. Hire people who can serve in the service industry.

Horrible customer service. Waited at the front for over 10 minutes while your employee was washing dishes wearing her air pods and then your other employee saw me standing there walked up to the front and walked away. I was really looking forward to trying your pizza with all your good reviews but will not support a business with employee like that.
Staff was very friendly, and pizza is solid. Light, fluffy crust, and good toppings. The prosciutto arugula is a bit heavy on the tomato sauce, but nothing overbearing. Fried eggplant pizza was delicious.

I frequently go here for pizza, it is delicious and I have always had a great experience. And their sauce is amazing!
Vegetarian options: I am vegan not vegetarian, this was the closest option. The Vegan Rosso pizza is delicious.
