TLDR: steer clear, they have nothing in stock.
Not in compliance with ADA.

My friend and I walk into this establishment and the lady behind the counter says ā€œthe only meat we have is pepperoni, steak, bacon, and chicken, we are out of everything elseā€. I ask for a wrap, they’re out of that too. Ask for a flatbread… out of that too. She unapologetically says they’re under new management. They have 3 breads, I choose and then come to find out they only have shredded cheese and pepperjack cheese, thats it. Go to the vegetables, they have lettuce, banana peppers, black olives, and spinach. Thats it. So half of the options are out of stock because you got new management? Thats like saying because Chick Fil A is under new management they can’t order chicken? Makes no sense. You still have to order stuff or just close the store. When we were attempting to order, a guy comes in saying he had a mobile order that was canceled. An african american female walks from the back saying they’re under new cancelled it because everything he put in his sandwich was out of stock. After ordering bread- that looked like it’d been hacked because it was falling apart with meat, cheese, lettuce, and sauce on it- my friend asked for a water cup. The original lady charges him for a medium drink then gave him a small cup. He goes to get sweet tea.. you guessed it… out. He goes to get lemonade… just water comes out. Prior to him attempting to get a small drink although he paid for a medium, I attempted to sit down at the pushed together tables when the lady states they are not doing dine in. My friends chips had a hole in the bag we didn’t notice until we left and the chips were stale as heck. Pictures include my sandwich that was falling apart and thinner than my hair, as well as his and the pushed together tables. I will be contacting corporate because at this point this store needs to just close. $11 for a 6inch ā€œsubā€. Also, because the tables were pushed together so beat the door, this location is not easily accessible for those in a wheelchair or using a different walking device.

Seven lakes N.C subway on 6/20/25 around 4:30pm had a employee making my online order and flies were around his hands making my sub and a fly landed on my sub while he's laying on the meat and he didn't even swat it AWAY, like it's normal to him for it to happen! DISGRACEFUL! IF they have employees like that who don't know to get flies away from the food then I'm definitely not wanting to go back! Don't know the guys name but he's shorter than other guy who was there.

Ive been in the food buisness for several years. Ive heard all the complaints before. Most are ridiculous, some are understandable, few are correct. I won't stop coming to this establisment becuase I like my subs but it's honestly like rolling dice. I really dont know what I'm going to get. No consistency,product shortages,slow service.

To the owners, you need to get the little old lady who is working on Sunday during memorial day weekend all by herself , some help! She did an awesome job, balancing in-store customers and online orders all by herself on a holiday weekend. Owners you should be ashamed to have only one person on a holiday weekend working. I’m giving five stars just for her. She showed no signs of stress and just kept going with a restaurant full of people coming in the door. Some left due to the amount of people there, but that was not her fault. She is a trooper and you should be proud that she didn’t throw her hands up and say I’m out of here. I don’t think i would have been able to handle all that was going on there.

Management at this location is absolutely horrible! Not only did Sabrina berate her employee for using ā€œtooā€ much chicken for my wrap but she told her she didn’t care about her, she was going to get her god damn raise. I was so shocked, the woman told her she followed guidelines. She then asked about a chemical bottle, I told her I had moved it from the table because my kids were sitting there as we waited nearly 30 minutes for a wrap and a 6 inch sub. She then tells me that there are open tables to sit at, I said yes but I’m waiting in line and my kids are right next to me plus having chemicals out like that is a major HEALTH CODE VIOLATION while a business is open for guests to eat food. I told her that she was completely out of line and disrespectful to not only her employee but me as a guest in this establishment. Mind you when we walked in she was handling a mother and two kids, was so rude by loudly saying she just needs to go, she just needs to get off this line … and she did with 4 people in line. She grabbed a money bag, left and walked back in to berate her employee. I asked the employee if she’s always like this, she said she’s the worst boss she’s ever had. She wouldn’t serve me my subs after my money was on the counter, I grabbed it back and told her good luck ever getting that raise. She followed me out as my two kids went to the car, cussing, cursing and telling me to get the hell away. This woman needs a new job, maybe working in sanitation because her attitude is complete trash.

Employee informed me when I walked in at 1:30pm she wouldn’t take my order, or the 3 other men who walked in behind me, because she was going on break. Will never return to this location.

This is a horrible establishment here in Seven Lakes, the lady behind the counter was rude and uninviting. She refused to take cash and was terribly slow. The beverages were flat and the drinks/ straws were not stalked. The food on display was freezer damaged and not fresh. My visiting family from the west had a terrible experience with our southern hospitality.

This subway shouldn't even be open. The two women don't know what they're doing. Without asking, the woman baked my sandwich with only meat and sauce on it. Then when I mentioned cheese, she put it on and baked it again. After she put on the meat, I asked for double and the other idiot said that was double. They didn't have most of the toppings or breads, and I highly recommend you DON'T go here. This town doesn't have many options, but you'll have better luck at the gas stations. I really wanted to leave wirhout the sub but I was really hungry. Only ate half and the other got tossed. Don't waste your money here. You would think making a sandwich is easy, but somehow these two idiots messed EVERYTHING up. Paid 14 for a nasty, poorly made sub, plain lays chips because that's all they had, and a sprite. Cheap. No good. Poor service. Typical of these lazy people

I really don't like giving such negative reviews .. but this one is not going to slip by. For starters... they were out of several things and looked to be making our subs from the bottom of the container with topping they did have. There were 2 ladies working, the first one we experienced maybe didn't feel well or something, but I felt like she wasn't too happy to be there. The second redeemed the service experience simply because she smiled. The bread was not very fresh at all. Our subs were very thin (even with the toppings we added it seemed to be more bread with each bite).
Just an overall bad experience.. I will not be returning to this subway for a long while.

I wonder if the owner of this Subway ever reads the reviews? We live in Seven Lakes and anyone you ask says it's the worst experience due to supplies and service. We drive to a different town for Subway. What a shame!

We were first customers and they were already out of white bread, onions and pepperoni. Also lettuce was brown. All sodas were out. One employee did not know what she was doing and the manager had an attitude. Worst experience l have ever had.

Slow service. No wheat bread available. No ham on my Italian BMT. Had to repeat my choices of toppings multiple times, she couldn't remember past one topping. Only one napkin in bag.
