“Pretty, pretty, pretty good coffee. I am not a coffee aficionado, but Cactus knows how to roast some tasty beans. I buy whole beans and take them home and grind them in a burr. Aeropress it on the weekends & auto drip Monday-Friday. Can't beat it!They have speciality coffee drinks, just like the corporate giant coffee chain. So do yourself a favor and try them out and support local!”

“What a nice place and wonderful food/service. Our large party sat outside in the covered patio with plenty of heaters and great service. Our server Courtney was spot on with the entire group from start to finish. Be sure to ask for her! With the "steps of service" declining in so many places, it was great to have Courtney take care of every detail. The menu is diverse with protein options, starter salads were large, and our GF person was ecstatic of the number of GF option. Their garden was just off the patios, so I would think during the growing season, at least some their weekly specials would be from the garden. The inside was full and had a vibrant energy. The sound inside was low which is a nice change after restaurants feeling the need to be loud to seem entertaining. I think the layout/design including high ceilings help to reduce the volume. If I ever get back in the warmer weather, I would be sure to enjoy their large patio.”

“Glad I went here. Walked in for lunch. Grabbed a chicken parm sub and a slice of pepperoni. Might be my favorite pizza place in the area. The fresh bread on the sub really sets the sandwich off. The pizza was excellent and didn't last long once I drove away. Light and crispy crust, flavorful sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on the pizza slice. I'll be back for sure. Service was excellent. Felt like a regular my first time in and I can't wait to get back and try the rest of the menu!”

“Found this gem when trying to figure out what to eat after Christmas shopping. At first you would think you were going the wrong way because it's kinda in a neighborhood. “Discovered this place looking for a nice quiet place to get a glass of wine and dinner after a long day of travel and was not disappointed. It's smaller quiet but very cozy feeling place. I enjoyed chatting with the most adorable server. She advised me well. Promptly served a good salad and delicious sushi tailored to my preferences. And the rolls were quite large for a very reasonable price. If I lived in the area I would be here often!”

“I love this place. Saturday afternoon and the joint is jumping. I was greeted warmly and professionally in the lobby by Tina. I am not sure what Tina's precise role is at the place. She took charge of helping me place a to go order quickly. I sat down, checked my phone, and my ordered was was delivered by a smiling young lady with glasses.The price of the order was very reasonable considering I had hot, fresh, delicious food...no gripes on price.The portions were good sizes. I did not want a feast , and I was full.To the owners of this restaurant...You have a wonderful product. You have amazing staff...that will bring me back in the near future.Tim Curran”

“This shop is one of our favorites. Lots of choices of frozen yogurt, including numerous dairy free and low sugar options. They also have some (sometimes only one) sugar free selections, and the weight watchers points is listed on all. The toppings bar/row/area is huge with options we don't see often. When it was time to check out, the employee on duty was friendly and efficient. When she wasn't helping customers, she never stopped moving. The shop was spotless, the yogurt stations all worked, and the tables all wiped clean. She maintained this standard, even though there was a steady stream of people coming in, and no doubt a mass on the way as schools were letting out. My daughter is always delighted that Christian muzak plays in the background. It's loud enough to hum along but soft enough to carry on a conversation.I'm a sugar free cheesecake with strawberries and graham crackers and my daughter likes to try new flavors each time and top it with boba and Nerds.”

“First visit yesterday. Food is very, very good. Wait staff are great, but in some cases maybe too great. We wound up sat in front of I assume maybe a regular who the entire wait staff and cook was all over. Seriously, I think even the dishwasher came out and said Hi. Now, while this attention is great, it was also very annoying having staff come over every 5 minutes and loudly and excessively ask if he needed anything or how we're the mussels were. No other customers while we were there, got that level of attention. That annoyance aside, which I assume is a one off, it's a great place and food.”

“Full moon Oyster Bar in Southern Pines is worth the trip to get there. I live an hour and 26 minutes away from it and we made the trip and set back and enjoyed a fantastic meal with my stepson and his family. The words out of his mouth were enough to verify my love for this place. Simply said he will be back.”
