This location has gone down terribly in the last year since Austin, Manager left. Ordered a milk shake paid for item and then when pulled up to pick up was told the machine was broken. Took over ten minutes to get a refund. Dirty sticky floors, no ice in machines, no straws out. Windows in drive thru lanes haven’t been cleaned in months. Wish Seven Lakes had another option for fast food. Upper management needs to hold some service training on customer service.

It's been many years since I've stopped by McDonald's. I ordered a double fish. It seemed so small compared to a regular fish sandwich from years ago. It was good. Still had that good fish sandwich flavor that it had years ago.
